Eastgate Apartments

The staffs are friendly and attentive, and the maintenance workers are responsive and quick. Their services were excellent. But I must give a 2 star due to roach infestation. No matter how much I clean and try to keep roaches out, they seem to be coming from neighboring units or from the walls. I've tried my best to seal some holes, but there large holes in the wall in the bathroom closet that cannot be physically be sealed without removing the water heater. I have been dealing with infestation for about a year, and it is a bit frustrating for not being able to rest easy in my own home. Hopefully the apartment managers can finally resolve this infestation issue once and for all because if this continues to be an issue, they will lose residents and thus money. Edit: I have added one more star because the staff were quick to treat my home for roaches.

Love everything about our cozy little townhouse! The perfect starter home for my little family without a doubt! The office staff…. A+ 5 stars! The property management…A+ 5 stars! And last but certainly not least the unsung heroes MAINTENANCE A+ 5 stars!! Every single time we have needed anything at all their entire team makes it happen with no hesitation! We can’t thank you guys enough for all your welcoming kindness & southern hospitality!! We love our Eastgate fambam!!!
