honestly, it was fine until they decided to switch the Wi-Fi and most people that live here at students that require access to the internet to do work. now with have a snow weekend ahead of us it’s so frustrating to not have wifi…. and this issue has been ongoing for 2 weeks, horrible experience for everyone that lives here.

DO NOT LEASE OR SUB-LEASE HERE. It’s a lot of problems. I was matched with VERY dirty and noisy roomates (two of which were the same department). I would loose sleep and time severally because of this. After reporting with evidence countless times to Micheala and her team, they wouldn’t do anything. I suggested moving the dirty roomate but they didn’t want to for reasons best known to them. They also seem to cower to the interests of students. So if you’re not a student, it’s better you match with non-students or people you already know. Not to mention that I met the Ethernet port and one of the blinds broken. Long story short, one of them ended up leaving. And I was charged for the broken blind that I knew nothing about. They will also team up with the towing company to make sure your car is towed (giving flimsy excuses like: your tag is supposed to be at the bottom left. THE TAG IS THERE MA’AM/SIR EOS. And do not choose the apartments closer to the pool if you are a light sleeper like me. You can hear everything coming from that corner at night. The internet to us shitty and they will steal your food if you don’t come to the door to get it on time. Look out for yourself! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

The only thing keeping me here is that it's relatively cheaper than most market options. For not even $100/mo more though, you can find a spot that's way better maintained, serviced, and managed. To an extent, their projected rent is a lie. Add about $100 more for utilities (baseline $70, I'm sure maintenance issues or busted meters are what causes that spike), their "trash valet" (not exemptable if you don't use it, and if you do, they double the price for the month), and several smaller, list based items that don't make sense and look sketchy at best. You can expect shoddy response, bad plumbing, and half-assed maintenance from this spot, unless you mention mold (they'd rather not be sued). Anything that does not immediately threaten litigation will be put on hold or have super glue slapped on it. Furthermore, they are supposed to be a gated apartment, but since they can't maintain their equipment for crap, it goes out for literal months at a time and has been operational during maybe 10% of my stay here. In summary, be warned that if they offer something along the lines of $500-550/mo, you will pay anywhere from $600-650, (or even higher sometimes) and the price will steadily hike up because you sign your soul away on the lease. Overall, shoddy business, crappy landlords, and borderline fraudulent bills. Just find a place worth the money.

Been seeing a lot of fake positive reviews on this trash property/management company. Expect random towing, random utility fees from god knows when and no customer support. Moving out has been a complete nightmare. Brought over a professional cleaner to help me clean this place up, spent over 10 hours wiping every nook and cranny. Still being charged an arm and a leg for absolutely nothing. With no discounts on my initial deposit. There is a special place in hell for these heartless people. Surprised this place hasn’t been sued yet!

[Updated Review] Crossing place is a perfect college student friendly property. If your looking for a budget friendly option that comes fully furnished, this is it. Crossing place recently obtained new management and turned this place around. Believe me when I say this place is as good as it gets. The property manager Loren is awesome, you will not be disappointed!!! I have to say repainting all the buildings to white and grey in spring 2020 was a good move, looks much better than the yellow it was before. It gave the property a much needed facelift. Pros: - Rent is really low - Gated - Pool, gym, 24 hr computer lab, and other clubhouse amenities - Volleyball and basketball court - Covered parking (If you wanna pay extra for it) - Location is great, close to A&M and HEB - Office staff hosts events and potential prize giveaways - Aggie shuttle bus - Right next to a park (Quiet at night) - maintenance is good, when something goes wrong, put in a maintenance request and they will promptly address your concerns. Cons: - No security cameras - Close to train tracks (train horn is loud at night) - Some things are outdated - Kitchen is small for 4 people who all cook - Rooms are relatively small square footage Overall - For the price, this place is great. It’s a really good budget apartment for college students
