I moved in 8 months ago and have been overly satisfied with City Heights! I am in a one bedroom yet it doesn’t feel too small at all- it is honestly so cozy and the perfect amount of space! All the utilities are so nice and my friends always compliment the apartment. The front office staff is so friendly and are eager to help! The pool and tanning beds are an added bonus!! Truly the best apartment experience!

We love living here! It is very clean and well maintained. The front office is always hosting fun activities and the pool is probably the nicest in College Station.

I have loved living here! I have moved into a new apartment every year for the past 3 years and this is the first time I’ve been happy with everything. The apartment was clean when I moved in and maintenance has always been very fast if needed.

Living here has truly exceeded all my expectations. The amities are amazing and the community is the best. I had lost my house and car keys are they were turned in the same day!! The office ladies are so helpful and maintenance is actually reliable!! You def get your moneys worth. Can’t wait to make more memories here!!

I absolutely love living here!! I have been here for about 1.5 years. It is truly rare to find apartments that respect and tend to every request. Maintenance people are great and always come at a reasonable time. My dogs and I go to the dog park every day!! Thank you City Heights for making my own very first apartment a great experience so far!! Couldn’t recommend you guys enough!!
