If you're someone who does not like having your personal space invaded or at least not given any warning DO NOT LIVE HERE! My roommates and I have had people come into our apartment unannounced and not previously communicated multiple times. We adopted a dog who is very anxious around new people and they gave us a random roommate in the middle of second semester who is not even a student. My roommate was in the middle of a proctored exam when they came in and our dog freaked out but luckily was in her kennel so nobody got hurt. They also lose packages a lot and the wifi goes out a ton. The towing policies are also ridiculous and my disabled friend got towed even though she parked in visitor just because the QR code didn't work. She was forced to pay $350. The front staff are nice but the managers don’t care about you at ALL. I kept trying to talk to them but they said they were busy and would give me a call but never did. It wasn’t until I demanded to speak with them did they actually talk to me. Don’t live here they do not care about their residents and someone got shot in the head at the pool over the summer. Will not be resigning.

I’ve been living at Campus Village for 3 years now, and I have loved every minute of it. The staff is super friendly (shoutout to MC specifically) and I couldn’t be happier with the maintenance staff. The reason I am giving 4/5 stars is due to the new towing policies requiring online registration for visitors. If we have frequent visitors, it would be nice to be able to whitelist them somehow. I do understand that our lot is a hotspot, but the rapid recovery system is not very secure, and an issue with my registration going through for a visitor actually resulted in them getting towed. All of that being said, management was able to help get the tow discounted! I was very thankful for their help. I love CV and would recommend it to all future college students.

If you are a student who frequently cuts it close to deadlines do not live here. This apartment complex has probably one of the worst internet providers I have ever seen. The connection is spotty no matter what time of day it is, frequently cuts out if it works at all. This makes it borderline impossible to complete any online task without resetting your wifi each time you open or update a webpage. The help service for this wifi is also absolutely horrendous as we have been told the internet issues have been resolved only to find it is still occurring or even worse then before.

I have lived here for two years and have re-leased for a third year. Since I have been here my rent has raised nearly $100. They also make you release within three months of your current lease. Utilities are very expensive and are on a shared meter with other apartments so you can't do much to lower your utility bill. Additionally, they started charging for water. They force you to register your car through a towing company whose site is unsecure and provide the towing company insurance info, VIN numbers, and forces your visitors to also register with them. They drive their noisy tow truck around the complex all night long. Over the summer, someone got shot in the head at the community pool, then a 20 minute police chase happened around the complex at 1:00 am. There is often police incidences her specifically around the pool area. Biggest issue is the noise at night. Staff is nice but often uninformed.

Horrible, rude, and disgusting people on staff! The list of ways they have been down right horrible and disgusting is extensive. This isn’t to say everybody there is like this, but most are, and the women who work at the desk are the main culprits. I had black mold in my apartment and they denied it on numerous occasions saying it doesn’t exist even getting maintenance to come handle the problem was an utter joke. But the main problem is what occurred because of it. My at the time pregnant fiance WAS HOSPITALIZED BECAUSE OF IT AND RATHER THAN ADMIT THAT IT IS MOLD THEY ATTACKED HER AND I FOR HER EVEN BEING IN THE APARTMENT WHICH PUT HER AND MY CHILD IN CRITICAL CONDITION. The list goes on too, the ladies at the front on numerous occasions have mocked her and insulted her to both her face my face. They have threatened to remove and take my stuff from a study room because they wanted the room. They have also have had somebody get shot in the head at pool, which is due to their lack of concern for the residents, and swept it under the rug. They blamed this on the residents rather than the fact that they leave doors and gates open and unlocked. The list goes on, I’m disappointed and utterly disgusted at the inhumanity shown by the people who work here.
