Brazos Point Apartments

Let me start off by saying i searched the entireeee internet to try to find a place without pests, bugs, ac issues, water issues, or shady landlords. I’m TERRIFIED of all types of bugs lol so that was my main concern when helping my boyfriend find a place. This is truly one of the best apartment complexes in college station! Yes, the outside of the buildings don’t look super “fancy,” but all of the “fancy” apartment companies have countless issues that we have not experienced here at Brazos Point. Never trust a book by its cover! I’ve seen first hand how much they care about the property as they are always upgrading appliances and installing new flooring in the apartments. I also see the pool guy every morning cleaning the pool so it’s blue and clean for the residents 🧼🫧The laundry room is always clean and has machines available to use with an app! Genesis, the property manager, is genuinely the nicest owner/landlord I’ve encountered. She is super attentive to the residents and gives tours all day long even if this Texas heat! Maintenance workers are super sweet and always prioritize completing the requests in a timely manner. I had broken my boyfriend’s window cleaning it too hard (whoops!) and they were there in less than 10 mins even after 5pm. The window was only a little above $100 (i was so worried we’d have to pay the normal price $300-$500) They do not charge unnecessary fees either. The residents are also very kind and are a mix of college students and sweet families. Everyone’s experience is different but personally I’ve never had any of the issues stated in the other reviews. If you’re a college student needing a good apartment, this is definitely the most efficient place. 🩷
