The View at Cedar Park

Properly named “The View” due to its FANTASTIC location, directly across the street from a lake surrounded by 2 mile walking trail. Also across the street from the Cedar Park Recreational Center. Within walking distance of Costco and shopping. Rent is very affordable, making it the Best value apartment in Cedar Park.

Lived in this complex for over 3 years in building A apartments and in a Townhome and ended up breaking my lease, which cost me $2,000 since conditions were not deemed “reasonable” to leave without being price gouged. Even with constant cockroach infestations, water damage in the walls and BUBBLING UP through floor boards, scorpions stinging me and my cat and 4 year old on THREE separate occasions, they say they’ll send pest control out and rarely ever do. When they do “add you to the list” to get treated the sprays do absolutely nothing. Maintenance trash talks you while in your place— caught that on my ring cams multiple times! Management was constantly rotating while I lived there and no of them seemed to care about the residents since Rachel left. Residents bribed to leave good reviews for services or discounts. Save yourself the headache and money pit and do not move in here!!!

Me and my family feel right at home. I love the people, Heavenly was definitely sent from heaven. She has been so professional towards my family. We all just love her. The town home is more than what we expected. It’s roomy and very inviting. The relocation here has been a blast!!!!

I usually don't do reviews but I felt compelled to do one for this community. I have lived here for a couple of years and I was not thrilled with a few things going on in the community. Office employees were being changed frequently and I had no idea who was running this place. However, since Jevenly took over things have become so much better. The community is cleaner, quieter and it feels so much safer. I have only interacted with Jevenly at the office a handful of times since she has been here but you can just feel that she actually cares about this community in ways that past staff members never showed. It is mainly because of her passion for her job that I decided to renew my lease this year. Not to mention that this community is in a great location near all the food and shopping that Cedar Park and North Austin have to offer. A++
