Living here has become an absolute nightmare. My upstairs neighbors sound like they’re training for a competitive tap-dancing marathon at all hours of the day and night. There is never peace. My apartment literally shakes constantly—my ceiling fans rattle, the walls vibrate, and it feels like the structure itself is under stress. I genuinely don’t understand how anyone can be this relentlessly active indoors. I work long hours and come home exhausted, hoping to decompress and recharge. Instead, I’m forced to endure nonstop noise that makes relaxation impossible. There is no escape—no quiet, no calm, no sense of home. I actually find ways to work more just to avoid going home and dealing with this nonsense. What should be a place of rest has become a source of constant stress and frustration. I used to enjoy living here, but that has completely changed. This living situation has taken a serious toll on my mental peace, and no apartment is worth that. If you value your sanity, think twice before signing a lease here. I am actively looking into breaking my lease early because staying any longer simply isn’t worth it.

We’ve been living in this apartment for a while and overall it has been a mixed experience. There are a few positives, but several issues make it hard for us to recommend, especially for families with young kids. Pros: Good location: The area is very convenient, close to grocery stores, a gym, and a mall. Playground: There is a small playground for kids. It’s not big, but it’s better than nothing and our child does enjoy it. Relatively quiet and gated: The community is gated and generally a quiet place. Cons: Not kid-friendly in practice: We have a two-year-old, and we constantly receive warnings and emails from the downstairs neighbor about normal kid noise. At the same time, we can clearly hear the third floor’s TV and walking, so the building’s noise insulation seems poor and the expectations don’t feel fair or family-friendly. Parking issues: There is no dedicated parking. My car even ended up with a dent on the bumper, and there’s no real accountability or protection. Insects and pests: We’ve seen roaches and ants inside the apartment. We submitted a pest control request, but were basically told there isn’t much they can do, so the problem doesn’t feel resolved. Maintenance experience: We had a very uncomfortable experience when we requested a simple light bulb change. The maintenance person entered the apartment without knocking or any prior notification, kept his shoes on, and showed very little respect or communication. Common areas not clean: The grass and common areas often have pet poop and droppings. It doesn’t feel clean or safe enough to let my child play there. Package security: I’ve lost multiple packages. The delivery/packaging system doesn’t feel secure or well managed. Water pressure and appliances: The water pressure in the shower is very low, and the appliances are quite old and overdue for an upgrade. Overall, the location and gated setting are nice, but the combination of noise issues, lack of kid-friendliness, poor maintenance behavior, pests, and cleanliness problems brings my rating down to 2 out of 5.

Real funny how since the change in ownership I'm guessing the rent has gone up but the services that everyone pays for are either rarely functioning, or is a bs fee (like pest control, i have not once seen any kind of treatment done and the fire ants infest the entire property, especially in the trash.) Also want Tennants to have little to 0 items on the outside of the apartments, absolutely ridiculous. There are 10s of apartments id love to break my lease to move into but I already know this money hungry landlord is going to charge a single mom an absurd fee for literally EVERYTHING.

The application and move in process was so smooth and quick with the help of the amazing Miss Nicole from the front office! Kudos to her for waiting for me to arrive from my hometown 5+ hours away to get my keys on my move in date. I am eternally grateful and I am in love with my new apartment :)

My partner and I really enjoyed our time living in RedStone Ranch. We were there for 11 months and encountered no issues. The members of the leasing office team (especially Nicole!) are extremely helpful, understanding, and kind. I also really enjoyed the Book Club every month run by Amy the property manager. The location of the apartment building is also very conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants.
