Camber Villas

My experience with Camber Villas was extremely frustrating and disappointing. During the leasing process, I communicated with the office multiple times and was primarily dealing with the manager, Kristi Mitschke. Unfortunately, the information I received throughout the process was inconsistent and misleading. Based on the details provided by the management office, I spent considerable time reviewing lease documents and organizing my housing plans. Later, I was suddenly informed that the lease terms that had previously been discussed were not even available outside of a specific timeframe. This critical information should have been communicated clearly from the beginning. Instead, the lack of transparency and poor communication resulted in a complete waste of my time and unnecessary stress. For a property managed by Greystar, I expected professionalism and proper management standards. Unfortunately, my experience with the Camber Villas management — particularly under the supervision of Kristi Mitschke — did not meet those expectations. Future renters should be very careful and verify all information before relying on what the leasing office tells them. The photos I have attached below are evidence of the information and communication I received during this process. In addition, it is important for potential renters to know that this property does not appear to be very family-friendly. The environment is largely occupied by students and functions more like a student housing complex than a typical residential apartment community.

The first semester of living at camber villas was absolutely amazing between the roommate i was matched with the people i have met and the amenities offered i couldn't ask anything more. The roommate matching system blessed me with an amazing friend that led to many more connections and a great organization at blinn college. The other people that live in this apartment complex are all super friendly and understanding which allows for an easy time to make friends. Apart from that the people at the front desk are all incredibly friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs despite having to deal with a bunch of college kids. The amenities are almost always spotless and never overcrowded. The only issues i've had were the state of the apartment on move in day which were easily cleaned and some broken gym equipment which is to be expected with the traffic. overall camber villas has been an amazing experience with amazing people i highly recommend signing here!

I’ve lived at Camper Villas for a while now and have really enjoyed my experience. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and feels safe and comfortable. Management has been responsive whenever I’ve needed something, and maintenance issues are handled quickly. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend Camper Villas to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable home.

Very nice apartment. The staff is super understanding and genuinely care about your problems. The hottub and pool are also a huge plus along with the gym. I highly recommend.

Currently leasing for 2025-2026 and I love it here! Super nice apartment with very nice people working. I did have a few issues in my apartment requiring maintenance, and the maintenance guys were great! The maintenance guys are very respectful, kind, and great at their jobs. Front desk staff is amazing too! I’ve talked to Chris and Tatiana and they have always been patient and kind with me. I feel very safe in this area and I definitely recommend it! The only negative I can think of is that the wifi is a bit slow here sometimes when watching Netflix or something, but I don’t feel like that is an issue with Camber Villas, it’s more of the wifi company’s problem which is out of their control. Overall, I really enjoy living here and I’ve had a great experience so far.
