I am very happy with everything about this community. Most importantly the management and staff. I scheduled an appointment with Breanna and she was very attentive and answered all my questions. Staff members are responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and committed to highest quality standards. The views are amazing and the location is very convenient. Be aware: many buildings do not have an OC (Occupancy Certificate) from the city. We are a family relocating from Massachusetts due to work. After several phone calls and email exchanges with the management team, we reserved a unit at Pearl Bee Cave and coordinated everything accordingly, including interstate movers and school arrangements for our son. A few weeks later, we noticed that management had blocked reservations for the building where our unit was located. Only after we questioned this were we told that the building had never received an OC from the city. Management said they planned to move us to another unit while our original unit received an OC. They also said they would offer two free weeks to help cover the extra moving costs. With so much uncertainty around the OC, we traveled to Austin in the middle of our workweek to visit Pearl Bee Cave. The trip was worthwhile. After the visit, we immediately decided to go with another company. As another reviewer mentioned, we were also given only four free weeks in the contract, even though we were originally promised eight. When we questioned this, it was explained as a “typo.” We still have not received a refund of the reservation fee, despite several reminders.
