Living at Cortland since 2021 has truly been a great experience for me. The customer service has always stood out, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and cared for. David and his entire team are goals! (That comes from a property management snob.) Maintenance requests are handled quickly, the community is well maintained, and everyone in the office is always kind, professional, and welcoming. I genuinely love the team here and appreciate all the hard work they put into creating a positive living environment. If I wasn’t moving in our house I would still be here!!! Thank you for making this feel like home. 💕

Darius from the SAS team was AMAZING. Seriously, I cannot stress enough how helpful he was. The signing process took awhile for me due to a system issue, but Darius was on the case beginning to end. He worked around my schedule to ensure I was updated at all times throughout the process and even when there were no changes, just to let me know I wasn’t forgotten and he was actively working on my case everyday. Truly amazing customer service, despite the system issue I was never stressed nor worried because Darius assured me he would take care of it, and that’s exactly what he did. 10/10 experience because of him. Darius if you see this, thank you so much, you rock!!!

David was amazing! He really showed us the upmost professionalism and care as he showed us around the complex and answered all of question.
