This property offers spacious, modern apartments with abundant natural light, often praised for their value given the prime West Campus location and convenient bus stop right outside. Residents frequently highlight the responsive maintenance and friendly staff, along with regular community events and giveaways that foster a positive social atmosphere. However, students should be aware that the single elevator frequently experiences outages, and while the property offers access to off-site gym facilities, their availability is often limited to office hours.

The phone is always busy - it is extremely impossible to talk to a person when calling anytime within business hours. I have been waiting for a refund since last Nov/Dec 2025

Who ever decided to paint the walls pink and white stripes needs to be fired, NOW! Other than that the apartment sucks. Elevator is always broken. Absolutely zero amenities (no gym either). Parking is 250 extra a month. Mail system sucks. One plus is that the rooms are quite spacious.

I’m extremely disappointed with how my daughter was treated. She was told to wait because “the application system was down,” and she trusted that information. She waited exactly as instructed, only to find out later that the rate she was promised was given to someone else while she was still waiting for them to fix their own system issue. That is completely unprofessional and shows a serious lack of communication, organization, and basic respect for people’s time. What makes this experience even worse is that they never took responsibility. Instead of being honest from the beginning or giving her a fair chance once the system was back up, they moved forward with someone else and acted like nothing happened. I followed every direction they gave her, and still ended up being the one who lost out because of their mistakenot hers. If a place can’t manage applications, communicate clearly, or stand by what they promise, how can anyone trust them with something as important as housing? Situations like this make people feel misled and dismissed, and it reflects very poorly on the professionalism of the staff and the management. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property to pay close attention to how they handle your information and their own processes. A business that cannot maintain transparency or consistency during the application stage is very likely to cause even bigger problems later on.
