I am a current resident here, ive lived here almost a year now. I love this place, yes my 5 star review comes with some * to this. My time living here has been nothing but positive, HOWEVER the weight room has something to be desired and when I first moved in almost year ago there was some damages to the exterior wall on the balcony prior to moving in and was told I would have it fixed in the first couple months of living here. That was last october (its july). But thats it, this place has been fantstic! Yes these apartments are old but the maitence guy is awsome! His name is Rodney, absolute legend. Any issue I have that guy fixes, or can get it fixed. My exterior wall is a big fix but he is actively working on getting fixed; where as the last guy (under old owners) dragged his feet. My experience with the staff, liz and the other front desk staff has been stellar. I can not reccomend this place highly enough if you are looking for a quite peaceful place to live!

This apartment complex is amazing. It is pet friendly which I love do to me and my family owning 4 pets 2 cats and 2 dogs. Very clean inside and outside of the apartments and has a very nice staff I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home whether it be for a little while or even a short stay.

I’ve spent an amazing couple of years here at Woodstone apartments and I can positively say that this is the best apartment complex I’ve been at. Maintenance is quick and very hard working. And neighbors are nice for the most part. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment

I am sitting in a ninety degree apartment for the tenth day in a row because they can’t “figure out” how to fix my air conditioner. It’s broken constantly since I moved in, but the big shock that I never thought I’d have to look for is a water heater. This place has taught me to always check for a water heater because there is not one here and there is no hot water in the kitchen. There are a few different complexes on Steck ave if you really need to be on this street, this complex is not the one you want to be in.
