The management target tenant because of race or personal dislike New manager is rude. She tries to intimidate people. She threatens saying what we can or can not do without facts. She doesn't listen to tenants because she's on her own agenda. So glad when my lease is up. There is a lot of us looking for another place to live because they can't find any good managers for these apartments who can address issues with at least common sense. Red Oaks is a 70 unit that will be opening soon by CVS on 620. 🎉🎉🎉 Inspections in this place is harassment. In this lease I've had over 7 inspections . I've had 3 for a window you can barely see out of that haven't been fixed to this date. I've had 2 state inspections plus 2 pre inspections before each visit. I've had 2 fire inspections. Nothing was fixed doing the inspections except for a plug for sink that doesn't work. Besides fact that they come in to check filters. They only put on a show that they are fixing things that's why they fail inspections. Rumors are they trying to sell place so they need more lipstick. Why inspection if you don't do anything. They ask me for a key to my apartment I guess they have lost the master key that's why we really feel unsafe and see people in empty apartments. We report it to office. They make us feel we are the crazy one when they fit the description of insanity because they keep doing the same thing expecting different results. For example people tear down fences and tear up lamp poles instead of putting up cameras they half way fix things . So people keep doing it. We haven't had a swimming pool this year and still no sprinkler system and they are worried about my apartment 🤔go figure.

The office staff here, Gabrielle and Morgan, are kind, professional, patient. They go the extra mile in a job that can be really stressful. I had a very good experience working with them.

UPDATED 6/3/2026 AUDIO AND VIDEO TO BE AVAILABLE ON OTHER PLATFORMS. IT IS SO MUCH WORSE HERE SINCE LAST UPDATE! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. IM ON DAY 388/410 BEING WOKEN MORE THAN THREE TIMES OVERNIGHT BY THE PEOPLE ABOVE ME, SIX TIMES LAST NIGHT! ON TOP OF THAT THEY DRAG, STOMP, DROP AND MOVE FURNITURE ALL OVER THEIR HOUSE EVERY DAY. EVERY SINGLE DAY. I’ve lived at Windy Ridge for over 7 years. In that time we’ve had 7,8 maybe 9 managers. We don’t ever know because they don’t tell us anything. BE FOREWARNED DIRECT FROM GABRIELLE, OUR TEMP MANAGER TO COMPLAINTS: “We do not get involved in tenant disputes, YOU NEED TO GO TALK TO THEM.” THEY WANT YOU TO APPROACH YOUR NEIGHBOR EVEN IF THEY ARE HARASSING YOU! THIS IS SOOOOO DANGEROUS! THEY WILL NOT FACILITATE MEETINGS AND THEY WILL THREATEN YOU WITH A VIOLATION IF YOU NEED HELP. MIND YOU I TOLD THEM ONE OF THEM THREATENED ME MORE THAN ONCE. I’ve personally had an excessive noise issue jolting me out of sleep AT LEAST 3-7 times A NIGHT, EVERY NIGHT for more than a year. Management assured me time and time again that they were working on it, they were not. In desperation I reached out to Lance Nelson, the Regional Manager(now also gone and thank goodness) because I am desperate for sleep. He offered to meet with me and didn’t. He said he would follow up and didn’t. I had to reach out several times. He pushed it back on the Manager. When Lance, the Regional manager finally answered me, he gaslit me and his only solution was for me to move from a handicapped unit to the third floor, or move out. I’m 60 and disabled. I have PTSD and a connective tissue disorder. I have severely injured myself having to drag my mattress from the bedroom to the living room so I can sleep. My granddaughter can no longer have sleepovers and my dog and I are now medicated for anxiety. I average 3-5 hours of broken sleep every night because of a BED about 10 ft above me with springs you can hear all the way to my front door. I’ve offered to purchases them a new one. They now use the furniture to harass me. BY FAR one of the biggest problem here is noise. These buildings are so poorly built you can hear EVERYTHING above you! There is zero insulation here. Even the manager said “I get a lot of noise complaints here.” As it pertains to noise and safety you have NO protections here. Peaceful enjoyment of your home as is in the lease is NOT enforced. I know several residents who have moved out because of the high rents, excessive noise, roach infestations, flooding and poor management. I am disabled and have no ability to move, so I’m trapped here. MANY others are for the same reason. I do NOT feel safe here anymore. Crime has escalated and the fence has NEVER worked in 8 yrs. The amenities are a joke. You can only access the amenities during office hours. I requested the 10 yr old treadmill be fixed over a month ago. It’s not, and won’t be.The pool isn’t open and won’t be. Several groups of kids are allowed to run the complex. My car has been scratched now 3 times in the last few weeks. Long scratches too. They destroy property, peek in bedroom windows in the back, and hangout in breezeways where they don’t live. They are loud and there are rarely any adults around. They no longer have pest control spray regularly so there’s a HUGE problem with roaches! Tenants have to spend their own money to treat their apartments with little success as conditions around the building only contribute to the problem. And so many move outs because they were so infested. The property has a leasing special right now because they can’t keep people here. The fact that more people are moving out than in should be a good indicator of the quality of life you can expect here. There are long term residents living here paying over $1500 for a 2 bedroom! They consider this reduced rent!! Dominium is offering specials for new tenants and not even a carpet cleaning for long term residents.
