My wife and I had the pleasure of living in Unit 1302 for over two years, and our experience was outstanding. The community offers a spacious, green environment with beautiful views from the patio, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The shared amenities are exceptional, featuring a comfortable lounge area with relaxing couches and complimentary coffee and hot chocolate—perfect for unwinding. The staff and management were consistently friendly and professional. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, typically within 24 to 48 hours, which speaks to their commitment to resident satisfaction. We truly appreciated the responsiveness and care provided throughout our stay. Although we recently relocated to be closer to work, we will always cherish the positive memories of this community and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well-maintained, vibrant, and resident-focused living experience. On 12/27/2025, I am updating my earlier review (on 12/13/2025) and reducing my rating because, after moving out, the Windsor Property Support Team charged me $810.12 for cleaning, repainting, and other items (of normal wear and tear) without providing supporting documentation. This was despite the fact that I thoroughly cleaned the unit before move-out and took date-stamped photos documenting its condition. The post–move-out charges and lack of documentation were disappointing and did not align with my experience prior to this issue.

The Windsor Oak Hill team has been exceptional since I moved in! Firstly, I toured the property with Michael a few months ago and solely based on his attitude and responsiveness I turned down other apartment complexes to live at Windsor Oak Hill. When I moved in, Christine helped answer all of my questions and got me setup in my new place. When a small issue arose with the re-keying on the unit, she promptly fixed the issue and got me setup with a new key. I have appreciated the responsiveness and all the help from the team during my first few months at the property.

Any other apartment complex would be better than this one. Zero stars is the only just review. The only goal of management is to suck every dollar out of tenets and do the least they can. Lived here for three years. Above market rent charges for non-existent luxury. They started to charge for parking (yet cars get broken into). The gate is broken 300 days a year. Unethical ways to charge for utilities( $10 dollar admin fee is a joke). Trash is $24 a month and you see garbage all the time. The appliances have aged and in poor condition. When you move out they expect you to paint the apartment, replace all fixtures, get new appliances and give them a new apartment. They don’t understand the concept of normal wear and tear. They will charge you for no reason. Need an appointment to walk into the leasing office. The agents are always busy on the computer getting trained to suck more money from you. The management, especially Christine Perez is very difficult to deal with. Glad I don’t live there anymore.

TLDR: Beautiful property ruined by the negligence of its leasing staff. Let me first off say that the property itself is absolutely beautiful. The views are great, the community seemed incredibly friendly, the amenities are top notch, the unit I viewed was near-perfect, and overall, I went to this complex with it in mind as my top pick. I would have applied for a unit same-day if not for the absolute negligence from the management team. I had a guided tour scheduled for 4pm on Saturday, 10/4 to tour 1 bedroom and studio units with a leasing agent. I arrived around 3:50 or 3:55pm after driving about 45 minutes to the property for the tour. There was a sign on the locked leasing office door, pictured, basically saying they would be returning shortly. Naturally, I assumed they were on a tour with a walk-in, especially since I was early for my appointment, so I waited. After waiting 40 minutes with no sign of life in the leasing office, I caved and scheduled a self-guided tour, not wanting the ~2+ hours of waiting and total travel time to be in vain. I was extremely disappointed as once again, this was my top pick apartment complex out of those I was touring that day, but I didn't want to leave without seeing anything. I was able to walk around to view the amenities and a 1 Bedroom/1 Bath unit- all of which were, unfortunately for me, beautiful. The property checked every box I had and I was ready to apply for a unit same-day, except for the fact that there was no leasing agent there, despite my scheduled appointment that they sent not 1, 2, or 3 but 7 reminders for- 3 by email, 3 by text (1 of which I had to confirm that I would, in fact, be there), and 1 by phone/voicemail. Loving the property itself, I decided to give it another chance- I sent an email to management on Sunday 10/5 explaining the situation regarding the missed tour, my disappointment, and my love of the units. Additionally, I included the specific floorplans and such that I was interested in as well as all of the questions I had wanted to ask an agent while I was there. I received a response from Michael outlining that they had "encountered numerous scheduling conflicts and we were only able to provide one leasing team member between multiple properties." Okay? Great. Y'all were aware of the fact that despite your 7 reminders that were sent to me, you would be unable to perform the tour and gave me zero notice about rescheduling. In addition to this, the overall response was dismissive of the issue, neglected to answer any of my questions included in the original email, and was riddled with typos. Ultimately, I have chosen to apply to an apartment elsewhere. I do not recommend the guided tours or entertaining this property as the disrespect to me and my time, dismissive attitude upon a second chance, and overall negligence from the leasing staff was incredibly frustrating and disappointing to deal with. I cannot imagine what dealing with management would be like if I lived here and an issue arose that required their assistance. Steer clear. Additionally, there were mouse droppings inside one of the cabinets in the kitchen of the 1 Bedroom Self-Guided Tour unit. They might want to look into that.

I have lived at Windsor Oak Hill for 3 years now so this review is based on my overall experience. In 2022, when I moved in, I loved the community and the people. I moved to a different unit within the community and the management at the time made it so easy for me. Unfortunately, my current unit #1309 is the reason for my poor review. In the 2 years I’ve been in this unit, a huge problem has been left unaddressed by the management- the Juliet balcony in this unit does not seal properly. I noticed smaller insects get in, then during cricket season, huge crickets made their way into my apartment through the balcony. This is not normal. I routinely found crickets in the balcony tracks, or in dark corners of my apartment. I tried to get the management’s attention but they didn’t do anything until it rained heavily one day and I came home from work to find my living room floors flooded (pictured). At this point, Lindy, a part of the old management team tried to fix the issue and called a few contractors, but then gave up because it would be expensive and “extremely difficult” to fix.. I was told “it is because the building is settling” and there is nothing they could do. I have had to routinely deal with crickets, grasshoppers, and other bugs in my apartment and always remember to put a towel by the window to avoid rain water from getting in.. not to mention the increase in my heating/cooling bill. I recently tried to address this issue via email with Christine during my lease renewal, but she simply ignored it and responded with “happy to discuss.” At least the previous management team responded and checked in with me regarding this issue. I have also noticed that I have not been able to speak to anyone at the office when I call in the last 6 months. This was not the case previously. Now, I’m almost always sent to voicemail, and sometimes I do not receive a call back. Overall, barring a few minor issues, I loved living here but the constant neglect of the balcony door gap issue in my unit (#1309) has led me to leave a poor review because it truly soured my experience living here. I recommend this community but not the apartment I was in.. unless you want to deal with bugs or rain water in your apartment regularly. Hopefully, the new management can be as responsive as they used to be and actually respond to residents discussing issues. Edit to update after management response (6/24/2025): There have been no efforts or attempts from management team to resolve this problem. I have emailed the details of this problem several times, including my most recent email with Christine a month ago. She said she was happy to discuss any issues, and when I elaborated on the issue via email, she ignored it completely and sent me my move out paperwork. Why can I not discuss this via email? Most days, the office closes by the time I arrive home from work, so phone and email are my only 2 options, but 99% of my most recent phone calls go straight to voicemails. Apparently “happy to discuss” does not apply to discussions via email..
