Great location/very safe and quiet neighborhood. Never had any issues while living there, and the management team was always easy to contact/get back to me when I had any questions or concerns.

Spent 1.5yrs here. Location was amazing. Only moved out because I need more space. Mostly this review is about the property management company who runs it… From application to lease signing to maintenance requests to resident communication to move-out… easily the best property management experience I’ve ever had. If they are managing a property, I’ll be seriously considering it as a living option. Thanks especially to Chris. Top notch business all the way around!

The location (near West Lynn & 12th) is close to downtown and an easy bike ride to the river and Zilker Park. The neighborhood is awesome, the price is affordable, the environment is mostly quiet (except for the occasional kids and leaf blowers...). Maintenance generally responds to issue within 24 hours, and has always fully resolved things. It's a good place. The location alone is worth the stay.
