Can’t get in touch with management. I was told to call when I arrived to pickup a key. No answer. I called, left messages, even tried to call emergency maintenance. Nothing. Miserable way to start. Now they have charged me twice for (1) month and still say I owe them! This is the shadiest place I have ever rented from! They charged me an additional $645 at the end of my lease because I did not give them 60 days written notice that I was not renewing! Also, there are cockroaches everywhere! It’s disgusting! 🤮

"I live here for 4 months and I couldn't be happier. The management team, specially Gio, is incredible friendly and responsive, handling all requests promptly. The property is always spotless. Highly recommend Waterford Studios".

My experience here at the water studios has been really pleasant. Especially the service that Gio has giving us as residents here. He is very professional and always there to find solutions and quick to response . I give him A 5 star review for customer service. Thank you Gio for all you do.
