The location and amenities are amazing. Feels like a true hidden gem. Highly recommend touring and living here.

Have had a great experience living here. The location is unbeatable with convenient access to the trail, I-35, and downtown. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Gym is stunning. Finding a parking spot is not an issue. The only notable feedback is the elevators are often down and the package room system is not the most efficient.

My husband and I moved in about a month ago and we've been loving it so far. Our apartment has plenty of storage room which is what we were looking for. The location is amazing! We love going out on the trail with the pups and we also love that we can walk to SOCO. There's also great access to the lake to paddle board! Highly recommend!
