Fantastic experience seeing the building. It is a 10/10 building in the best location. Treyvon was an excellent guide. Extremely friendly and funny. Highly recommend

Treyvon was exceptional during the tour and application process, his compassion and detail to future tenants wishes when picking units to show was precise. Treyvon was very professional and very educated on the property and was able to answer any questions with precision. The transparency with cost and fees was greatly appreciated. 10/10

We had the experience with Treyvon! Treyvon was amazing during our tour of the 2-bed loft. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel effortless. He walked us through every detail, answered all our questions, and helped us really picture ourselves living there. Super professional and patient the entire time. We left feeling excited and confident thanks to him! Highly recommend touring with Treyvon. And this is a beautiful property with everything you need!!! 1000000/10 would live here!

Water Marq was such a great place to live and we will miss it!! The amenities are awesome and the view is hard to beat. Lots of happy dogs around the community with good residents. Melissa in the office was so sweet to us and always worked with anything we needed. Overall management is professional and swift. Moving in and moving out was a smooth transition. Security is great and I always felt safe walking around at any hour. Top tier place to live.

I absolutely love living at Water Marq and have for several years! Every once in a while I will search for other apartments and honestly you can't beat this location for the price. Our backyard is the Austin boardwalk and Lady Bird Lake. You can hop on the trail for a jog, walk your dog, throw a kayak on the lake or take a quick walk to downtown for a happy hour. My favorite is when it's SXSW and I can walk everywhere and not deal with driving. Several amenities like a two story gym, clubroom, theater/game room, dog wash room and the pool is small, but it has a wonderful skyline view of downtown. Perfect for watching fireworks during holidays, a refreshing pool day on a hot summer day or a lovely sunset dinner. My favorite is to sit on my patio and watch the sunsets against the skyline
