I lived there for three years at first no problems ! Kudos to Jennifer and Jessica very helpful but, like I said I lived there for three years with my late husband always paid rent on time even after my husband passed away . We were given alot of excuses that we're gonna fix this and fix that only two things got fixed the parking and a few smaller things I did have a few bug issues but , more sewer issues and plugged up toilet issues and squatter issues are something that they need to work on because those of us that do pay on time are not taken care of !! Squatter is still living there. and the gate is still broken still even after I left !!

Do not live here, most horrible apartments I've ever lived in. My apartment was infested with mold from shower draining. I was told to get a hotel for a night & that I would be reimbursed. I never was reimbursed & management did nothing when we told them that we needed maintenance for ongoing issue. Also manager was caught stealing money from tenants including myself. Very unprofessional & horrible do not live here they don't fix anything in the apartment nor do they care about their tenants. So many issues have happened here very unhappy with this place.

I was told I could move in and was given a date to move in. On that day I was told that the unit was not ready and it would be available the next day. The following day I was told the same thing. The third day I was told it would not be available for an another week. I contacted the owners and received a call back. I was told the unit would be ready in 2 days. It is still not ready. When I call the office they hang up on me. They do not want to provide me with any information at all. They are incredibly rude. I now have no place to live and am in a hotel while they refuse to return my 1200 dollars I gave them to secure the unit. This place is ran by a horrible dishonest person who has no earthly idea how to treat other human beings let alone manage an apartment complex. I wish I had any other method to express my discontent Update** what was going to be my apartment won't be ready for another week furthing the complete and utter incompetence of the management. They offered to return my money to me however when I went to pick up my deposits the management held my deposits behind her back and told me to change my Google review. If you are reading this I would never compromise the integrity of my Google review. If you do go to this apartment complex be prepared for the lowest ignorant level of service imaginable.

Stay away from this place. I have lived here for almost 2 years and management sucks. They are never in the leasing office and when they are they act like they can't do anything. I have put in multiple service request for my apartment and only 3 of those have been worked on. They act like it is a pain for them to answer any questions for tenants. We have "Amenities" but we can't use majority of them. The gym was open for about a month and they closed it without prior notice. The pool area is open 24/7 and I know because there are constantly and a ton of children there all hours of the night blasting music all hours of the night. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! They do not care about you as a renter and they definitely are not honest people. Thank God my lease is over in a few months!!
