Villas At Southport

I lived at Southport villas for about 3 years. I loved the location and the office staff was really great. Timely fixing of apartment issues and services. My apartment wasn’t an updated one but the price was super affordable. Would definitely recommend the Southport complex.

We have loved our time at the Villas at Southport! My husband and I have lived here for 20 months, and our apartment feels like home—adorable, spacious and quality built. The mature trees create a peaceful atmosphere, and we've enjoyed the shaded pool and pickleball courts. The management staff is friendly and very responsive. Great vibes all around; we will miss this place. If you prefer boxy apartments with thin walls and a view of a hot parking lot on all sides, this isn't the place for you!

Im a military veteran ask for a showing They are not up-to-date with their Zillow units villas at Southport leasing office is not located at Southport. It’s on a different location, but all the same property spoke to one of the property managers. She passed me off to the assistant mia . Very uncomfortable walking into the leasing office didn’t like the way that they spoke to me . They had no idea what was really available and a lot of the availability wasn’t until two or three months out They had no idea what was available because they weren’t up-to-date waste of time, very complicated to navigate lots of speed bumps roads damaged would not live here. This is a hard pass. Honestly who would even work here

We moved into an apartment last month, super excited to be living in a ‘treehouse’ with so much canopy and shade. During the hottest summer on record, they are actively removing all of the trees around our apartment without any notification to residents. Most of these trees are healthy. Tramor doesn’t care about the residents and are actively contributing to increased urban heat island and energy consumption.

I have been living in the Villas for the last two years, and before that at Four Park place for another 2 years. Tramor has easily been the best apartment experience I have had. They helped me switch units when what I wanted opened up, maintenance is always there ASAP (same day most of the time!) and all of the guys are super nice. Angela and the rest of the team at the office are super responsive and easy to work with as well. Also, the neighbors in my complex are always super considerate, haven't had an issue with any of them and are even friendly with a couple. 10/10 would recommend living here.
