I would like to recognize the excellent work of Jose Hernandez, porter at Veranda. Since he started working here, you can clearly see the difference in the property. His dedication, responsibility, and friendly attitude make a big impact on the cleanliness and overall environment. Thank you for your daily effort and commitment—your work is truly appreciated!

I love the Veranda!! The office staff is amazing. They were extremely helpful throughout the leasing and move in process. The amenities are to die for and I signed because of the team and Pilates studio!!

EDIT: If you’re thinking of leasing here, read all of the 1 star reviews FIRST. They’re all 100 percent correct and consistent with my experience, from tre at the front desk to the package room security problems. I personally witnessed a car get stolen in the middle of the night by a guy in a tow truck. (Wasn’t a repo, it was obvious) of course veranda did nothing. My apartment overlooked the “dog park” and the slum that they called the dumpster area, and it looks like they still haven’t fixed those problems after almost a year. I deep cleaned my apartment (hired professionals) after I moved out and was still expected to pay a 175 cleaning fee. Also, the response below from veranda is a straight up lie. DON’T LIVE HERE. Original review: Id like everyone to notice that most of these 5 star reviews are from people who just signed the lease or went on tours of the property. Being a resident here is a different story. This property does not deserve 4.5 stars. I currently live in a brand new apartment, the heat is currently not working and I have yet to hear back from maintenance. There is a freeze happening outside as I type this and I have no heat. This is not an isolated Incident, check other reviews. Not only are the apartments cheaply made, the staff is laughable. They for some reason think they don’t have to do anything, and when you bring up anything or even ask a question, they cut you off or act like you’re being a nuisance. One person at the desk In particular is especially frustrating but if you’ve visited the complex you’ll most likely know who I’m talking about. They’ll act nice when trying to get you to sign a lease, but after that, it’s their world and you’re just living In it. I asked the manager to walk me to the package room because Luxor doesn’t get codes for Amazon packages. What does she do? Refuse and tells me to contact Luxor. I do, code still doesn’t work. Still she refuses, I insist because I need my package, she rolls her eyes walks out of the room, makes me play catch up walking behind her, opens the package room door and lets the door slam In my face, sighs, then walks out of the package room leaving me In disbelief, it is literally 20 steps down the hall, as if she’s doing something so important that she can’t take 10 seconds to help a resident. The whole staff thinks treats you like you don’t matter. If I sat behind the desk at a apartment complex for a living I’d be a little more humble, but I digress. I’ve had black mold growing In the vents, my brand new washer stop working, this heating issue, inconsistent hot water issues, mix that with the laughable staff and it is impossible to justify the price point of this apartment complex. Let’s not forget, you’re not even in a nice part of town, you’re literally by a freeway off of riverside. I even pay for a parking spot and that’s worthless because the staff doesn’t even care enough to do anything about it. I’ll probably get a response to this review with someone reaching out saying “we’re sorry you’ve had this experience…” blah blah blah. I’m telling you right now, instead of taking the time to reply to this review, FIX THE PROBLEMS. I don’t want to hear an apology, I want to get what I pay for. Or at the very least, apartment staff that at least pretends to respect you.

I can’t stress enough how great the people who work at Veranda are! They are the nicest staff I’ve had at any apartment complex and they are truly on top of the things we need done. From Colton to Amaya and Rodrigo just to name a few. We’ve lived here for two years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. This place is little gem 💎❤️

mutton biryani, mirchi ka salan trifle desert was superb
