Very unreachable and does not care about the renters. In current ongoing discussions about security deposit and lack of communication. Absolute headache. Will update with more detail once I am provided more details from Twelve Management. Please think before you rent with them.

Horrible company as a renter. You can be a perfect tenant and still have to BEG for communication that you’ll never receive.

The worst team I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with as a tenant. We moved in July 2025 and immediately reported lots of issues that were covered up on our tour. Including but not limited to: sparking & broken electrical outlets, and a toilet that constantly leaks onto the porch. Broken smoke alarm still not fixed as of now (April 2026.) The outlets (fire hazard) got fixed last week, March of 2026. The toilet still leaks and twelve rivers will just ignore your calls and emails. We had to go downtown to the office just to talk to someone. It is now April 2026 and many things we submitted in July 2025 remain unfixed. Our garage floods every time it rains and they don’t care at all. We’ve had to take time off work 10+ times to be there to let in contractors who provide “estimates” and then we never hear back from anyone - useless waste of time, nothing gets fixed. Save your peace of mind and rent elsewhere.
