Resumen de reseñas con IA
This apartment complex offers a convenient location with easy access to downtown and local stores, and many residents appreciate the friendly and helpful office staff who strive to make move-in processes smooth and address concerns. However, numerous reviews highlight ongoing issues with cleanliness, including recurring problems with roaches and rats, as well as concerns about the structural integrity of some buildings and frequent, unannounced water and power shut-offs.

Update: June 2026 After 2 years the new leasing manager, Jessica, fought and won to get my security deposit back. Even though the old management had Treehouse in shambles two years ago, they now at least have a manager that cares enough to get the finance dept. to work for you and get your money back. I’m keeping 3 stars since I’m keeping my own personal experience living there as a way for prospective tenants to use their discernment. April 2024: Unfortunately, i did not follow the sage advice these reviews have shown and bit the bullet on moving day. The day of move-in was already a red flag I decided to ignore when I heard my original leasing agent was no longer there and that she had basically lied to me to get me to lease with her. The new office staff gave us no information on being a tenant (trash days, transparency on lease info that normal office staff had spoiled me with in the past, and transparency on the fees hidden to me and my roommate until moving in). All in all, my unit is shifting every night due to the unstable foundation and structure, there’s mold and roaches, and i’m stuck here for the year. Cheers!
