You want to live here! We loved living here for so many reasons. The rent is so affordbale for the locataion. This is a great community tucked away from the busy streets of Manchaca and South Lamar, but right in the heart of South Austin, everything is so close so it was the best of both worlds. I love how many old growth trees there are around the complex, and the pool is always shaded and rarely crowded! The tenants are all mature so it's very quiet and there were never any loud parties or disturbances. The staff are welcoming and kind and very responsive. If we ever needed maintenance, they were available same day or next. The units are spacious and our cats were obsessed with our backyard. It's the main reason why we wanted to live here. Easy access to all highways! I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thanks, Tramor!

Can be a nice place to live with many perks: no frills but I like it that way. We lived here three and a half years. Here was my experience: Cons: The complex has no amenities other than a dog park and a fairly unimpressive pool. Amenities don't matter much to me, but the cost to rent here does not reflect what is offered. Additionally, the AC struggles to keep up in the summer (fairly common for older builds in Austin) and the dishwasher was never fixed in the three years we lived here. We also had an issue with our toilet seat that was makeshift repaired with a rubber band but never permanently reattached. Other than that, maintenance issues were typically fixed upon request. Our appliances were not upgraded but I think they have units that are more up-to-date. Pros: the complex is very cozy, safe, and green. It feels more like an actual home than an apartment complex. The trees are gorgeous especially in the summer. Loved our big, beautiful balcony as well. The neighborhood is super walkable. We also had many nice appliances such as gas stoves, fireplaces, light fixtures, and a lot of finishing touches put towards making the apartments feel like home. The front staff and maintenance team do a great job. I signed my lease in July 2021 and my rent went from $1616 to a renewal offer this year of $1900 for full transparency sake. We have a 1050 sq ft 2 bed, 2 bath. Though we are not renewing to take advantage of rents lowering around town, we enjoyed living here. Be mindful of the cons, but they are not a dealbreaker. I would consider signing again here since it meets so many of our needs.

I lived here for 3 years and absolutely loved it. I became close friends with a lot of my neighbors and was so grateful for the dependability and efficiency of the maintenance staff. (Joel’s the best!) The property is in a perfect location, close but not TOO close to basically every freeway and only 10 mins from downtown. The pool is always well maintained and the grounds have such gorgeous mature oak trees. I lived in a ground unit and my yard was my sanctuary. I was so grateful to have found this spot when I first moved to Austin.

I've lived all over the country and have experienced both ends of property management companies. I've lived at the Quest for the past year and a half and Tramor is definitely one of the best. The office staff (specifically Audra) does a fabulous job with customer service, response time and communication. The maintenance team has never taken more than a few hours to respond to a request. Furthermore, they are always on the grounds doing upkeep, which is much appreciated as the property is covered in beautiful trees. The property itself is older, but well taken care of and most units, I believe, are recently renovated. The tenants are quiet and respectful of each other. The first floor units are great if you have a dog and want a small yard to let them out! I did have one small issue with seeing a few creepy-crawlies, which is to be expected when you live on the greenbelt and under tree coverage, but the pest control team was out the very next day to help me figure out a solution. We haven't had any problems since. If you are sensitive to sound, chose an upstairs unit and be respectful of the people who live below you. Overall, a great experience in a great location with a great staff!
