Townhollow Apartments

Maintenance here is amazing! Thank you Cesar! I moved in this January. Moved in just great, but slowly noticed a few things that popped up after I got settled in. One wall outlet and my patio light didn't work, one day my power went out after I turned on the AC for the first time, and soon it turns out my AC had broken. Every time Cesar was ready to fix each problem first thing in the morning and worked all day getting it taken care of until it was right. Whether it was cutting into my drywall to run new wires (and cleaning up every speck of dust after), climbing up to replace the compressor in my AC, or really anything, he has been amazing! It just started getting hot here. This morning my AC was blowing out at 79°. Now it's blowing 48°! Maintenance here is the best!

I lived at Townhollow for about three years, and one of the best parts of living here has been the maintenance team—especially Carlos. He’s always a friendly face around the property and takes care of any service requests quickly and professionally. It’s such a relief knowing that if something needs fixing, I can count on Carlos to get it done right—even if I can’t be home. He’s trustworthy, dependable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Townhollow is lucky to have him!

I just moved out to rent a house after 3 years at Townhollow. Overall, the price for the location can’t be beat. Walking distance to many things on South Lamar and downtown. Came in handy during ACL and SXSW season! The other shining stars were the maintenance staff, particularly Carlos. He always came to help with a smile on his face and loved getting to know the residents around the property. He’s such a gem to Townhollow. Front office staff turnover was high and it could sometimes be hard to get a response, but all my issues were resolved relatively quickly. Trash overflow was also the only other real negative I had about living here.

Literally the management/ leasing office is a joke , i waited a whole 3 weeks to get approved then for them to just ask me from $6000 worth of 3 months rent and $3000 deposit. I’m literally 23 yr old who is self employed and they just made my life more difficult thinking I was gonna be able to move in here. These apartments are super cute don’t get me wrong but the leasing department is messed up for making me wait just for me having not being able to pay this crazy amount being asked for to a 23 yr old. It’s not like a luxury apartment so it’s just crazy to me.

I love living at Town Hollow. It has character, unlike all of these newer and overpriced high-rises that have been built all around us. BUT, with that comes a spacious pool, large stone grill, beautiful overgrown trees, and space to walk your dogs. Honestly, at first I was a little disappointed by the mgmt and overall maintenance, but now I couldn't be happier. Danyelle Denn came in and has taken great care of me and my neighbors, and in my mind, doing a job meant for three people all on her own! I am so thankful for her! Also, Ivan is the best maintenance professional I've had at any apartment complex. He's so kind and goes out of his way every day with a smile on his face to make sure everything is working properly, and he has great pride in what he does. Last but not least, my neighbors, truly the funnest group of people in the world. Our friends and families that visit call Town Hollow "Melrose Place"
