I want to give a huge thank you to Geronimo and Dawson for being so amazing. Every time I come to this property, I’m genuinely surprised by something new. My clients are always greeted professionally but in a way that still feels personal, which makes such a difference. The floor plans here are fantastic and truly worth checking out. On top of that, they host some of the best community events I’ve seen. If you’re looking for a property with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere where people actually enjoy being there, this is it. What can I say about Toscana other than the team in office is AWESOME! Geranamo the manager is so friendly and so is his leasing associates Dawson and David. Also if you haven’t sipped on the Espresso from the Parks coffee maker, then you’re missing out! Btw I saw a $2000 referral bonus which is insane.

This is my third year living at Toscana, and I can confidently say it’s my favorite place I’ve lived so far. While there have been a few management changes over the years, the current team has been the best by far. Geronimo (hope I spelled that right!), Dawson, David, the maintenance crew, and the rest of the staff have all been incredibly accommodating and genuinely kind. Lately, they’ve been hosting some awesome community events—charcuterie nights, holiday gatherings, Saturday breakfast with bagels and yogurt, and more—all free (aside from rent 😂). One of my absolute favorite perks is the monthly free “farmers market” event, where they beautifully display fresh produce and residents can simply bring a bag and take whatever—and however much—they’d like. It really shows how much the new team cares about building a strong community. The maintenance team is fantastic—quick to respond, friendly, and often able to help the same day. Since this is my third year here, a few small things have naturally needed repairs, but they’ve always handled everything promptly. Recently, my dishwasher needed to be replaced, and instead of installing a used one from another unit, they gave me a brand-new model that works amazingly. During the summer, the pool really brings the community together. Whether you want to socialize or just relax on your own, the atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly. The office also has a high-end coffee machine and cold brew available for free, and the gym is well-equipped with newer machines and some fun features. Overall, Toscana truly feels like home. Keep the events coming—I love them!
