whatever you do don’t live next to Apartment 593 unless you like your walls rattling at 2am, constant stomping all day, and the fresh smell of trash directly outside your door. genuinely the worst neighbor I’ve ever had in a complex Edit: just in case anyone is wondering, it’s 5 months later and they’re still extremely loud and shaking the walls every single day. i can’t wait to leave this apartment complex. they have been making nonstop noise for the past hour

It is currently 10:30pm on a Wednesday night and there is nonstop stomping and loud noise from apartment 593. My walls are literally shaking. Worst neighbor in history. It almost seems intentional with how constant the stomping is. Every… single… night…

Horrible property and management team, no care, no respect, and not the place you want to live.

Avoid at-all-costs. Incompetent front-office, pest infestations, broken security doors and gates, and the list goes on.

I lived at The Weaver for a little over two years with Adri and honestly have nothing but great things to say. The location is hard to beat. Being that close to the trail and Town Lake made it easy to get outside, run, grab coffee at Afuga across the street or just enjoy Austin without having to drive everywhere. The building itself was a great place to live, but the staff is really what made it feel easy. Everyone was always super friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Any time we needed something, they were responsive and kind about it. We’re definitely going to miss it. The Weaver was a big part of our East Austin chapter, and we’re grateful we got to call it home for as long as we did. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment in an awesome location with a great team.
