I’ve lived here for over two years, and unfortunately the property has gone downhill significantly. Theft has become more common, and management does not seem to take it seriously. The staff is rarely on-site and is extremely difficult to get ahold of when issues come up. There have been ongoing problems with trash piling up in the hallways. When I brought this up to management, I was told it was “out of their hands,” even though they could have easily opened the doors to the trash chutes. This lack of accountability is extremely frustrating and shows how little they care about basic cleanliness. Recently, I was informed that the storage units will be closed in just five days, forcing residents to remove everything with almost no notice. Management also stated they will not provide any credit or compensation for this inconvenience. Additionally, when I first moved in, I was never informed about the weekly Sunday car show. It is extremely disruptive and lasts for hours, impacting residents’ ability to enjoy their homes. Overall, management does not seem to care about residents’ concerns or quality of life. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research before choosing to live here.

I have to say, Jamal is a shining star there! He has a great presence when you come through the door! Always smiling and it's real! It shows he likes his job. You can tell by the way he explains everything well and answers questions you might have concerning making your decision to apply there. I felt like he would be a great person to come to about anything we needed in the future as we prepare to make this our new home. Thanks Jamal for being soo professional, nice and genuine!

Love the location of this place. We walked into the leasing office and Jamal helped us right away. We didn’t have an appointment or anything. He gave us a fob and let us do a self guided tour. It was awesome wandering around and checking out all the club house and pool spaces. Love how close it is to the lake too!

Lived here for 3.5 years and it has gotten worse and worse. This is the 3rd Management group we’ve had and they are terrible. Utterly incompetent, controlling, and can’t take any criticism. Cares more about controlling residents than actually keeping us safe and leaving us alone. Not only do they not take care of things here that the residents care about (safety), but they also antagonize us (check photos for all the receipts) A little summary… > Harassing emails over patio decorations (they threaten us, but of course can’t do anything about it) > Spent 10s of thousands of dollars on a stupid barrier around the flower beds to prevent the dogs from peeing in the beds (who really cares) > People break into cars in the garage, steal bikes, but nothing is done about it > Pool not maintained > Half the time no one is in the office when it says they should be > Fire alarm has gone off 4 times in the last 7 months, most of the time in the middle of the night > Security barrier by the maintenance road has not been fixed (it’s been 1 year), which lets the car show people do donuts in the yard at will (see photos)

Do not book to stay here. Check-in on the app is broken and doesn't work. There is no communication from the property even after reaching out multiple times over the span of a couple weeks. Edit: Check-in eventually worked. However, the code for the door randomly wouldn't work and got locked out. Also, the balcony door's locks didn't work. There also appeared to be blood spots on the wall and light switch and the ceiling fans' speed controls also shorted out the lights. Plus a random bag of open pasta was left in the cabinet.
