Work orders take over a month to be completed and are done in a poor manner where multiple visits are required to fix issues. Management is never around when you need them.

Stepping in to The Social apartments, the staff and management team welcomed me very well. Not only that but they were willing to work with me as a felon. Joe the maintenance man always is going to come thru and fix any issue not only that but awaken the atmosphere by adding on to the pool and keeping it clean and everything locked up on time. Iris part of the management team up there will work with you . The whole staff is understanding if you get backed up on payments but over all my stay here been peaceful and quiet. Rangers patrol thru here not only that but they making change for comfort. Thanks 🙏🏽

If I could give it zero stars I would! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! Overpriced rent and they charge rent for dogs but they have their own little pets RATS the size of dogs. They get into everything then you're too blame if they're in your building.

The maintenance guy Joe is amazing and the staff as well I just wish I could be able to get a leg up with rent now that me and my partner are having a child Now everyday and night I can’t sleep just worried about eviction If anyone has info about assist rent pls

Coincidence, cars are being towed during the holidays. We are paying for their Christmas by them towing our cars. Registered or not, they will tow. We already had to spend Christmas money on this crap. And I think this place is in cahoots with the apartments and tow company.
