Trash pickup continues to happen outside my bedroom window at 3-5 am, 4x/week. The decibel rating from inside the apartment is the equivalent of a lawn mower getting started next to my bed. I've tried ear plugs, sound machines, calling 311, calling Austin tenants council, emailing the front office, emailing the trash company, emailing the local congressman, and nothing. Management company prefers to prioritize Jett's Pizza's waste over their tenants' well being and quality of life. Management company claims they have called JJ's Waste Management about the issue, I have too, but nothing is actually getting done to resolve this issue after 5.5 months of this.

Have been living here for a few months and it has the worst built in washer/dryer unit I have ever experienced. Seriously. Cannot even clean my clothes and has ruined half of my shirts. The pay per unit runs me 10$ a laundry session. Ridiculous

Overall i see this apartment complex as a very modest and nice place to stay at ,however recently i have a problem with the front office .Ever since they hired the new front person their NEVER in office or atleast whenever i go in and check, i try to call in to give them a heads up on cleaning services i reserve and again they NEVER answer, very unprofessional whenever i do rarely talk to them,she always has airpods in as if she doesnât care about her job. Fix this issue seriously

The leasing agent was very nice and engaging during my tour. She was able to give me a quick tour of the place at 4:30 pm close to closure time, which I greatly appreciated. Although I didnât end up moving here, the location is very convenient being close to downtown in a residential area. The leasing office team are very responsive over for the phone and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a compact and efficient apartment close to downtown.
