I want to give a special shoutout to Leslie and her Maintenance Team for making my experience at PTC genuinely great. Anytime I've had an issue, the response has been prompt, professional, and handled with real care. Leslie sets the tone from the top, and it shows in how her whole team operates. This is the kind of management that makes a real difference in where you choose to live. Highly recommend.

This is a formal complaint regarding a deeply upsetting and unacceptable incident involving entry into my apartment. On 5/21/2026 while I was asleep inside my apartment, apartment staff and maintenance personnel unlocked and entered my unit without my permission or prior notice. Waking up to people entering my home unexpectedly was alarming, invasive, and extremely disturbing. I was later told this was related to a noise complaint. If that is true, I am requesting written documentation of that complaint and a clear explanation as to why staff entered my apartment instead of following proper procedures. At no point did I verbally give permission for anyone to enter my home. I am a leaseholder, I pay rent, and I expect my privacy and tenant rights to be respected. This situation has left me feeling violated, frustrated, and concerned about the safety and privacy of my home. No resident should have to wake up to unexpected entry into their apartment without explanation unless there is a lawful emergency. I also have camera footage that recorded the incident and surrounding conversations, which I am preserving. I am requesting an immediate written explanation regarding: 1. Why my apartment was entered. 2. Whether this was considered an emergency. 3. Documentation of any reported complaint. 4. The names or positions of the staff involved. 5. Clarification of the apartment’s entry policy. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed promptly. What happened was unacceptable, and I need a clear response regarding how this occurred and how it will be handled moving forward. See you in court y’all trash

I’ve lived here since 2023ish and I am so grateful everyday to live here! The amenities are EVERYTHING you could ever need, the location is PRIME (right outside the city so you don’t have to deal with traffic), the neighborhood behind the apartment has an access point to the greenbelt WHICH IS LITERALLY EVERYTHING TO ME, the maintenance people are so chill and responsive, the front staff are all so sahhhweeet (specifically Marian I friggin luhhhveeee her! She’s an Angel 😇🩵) and just everything about the unit! It’s so cute and quaint! The community is beautiful and feels like you’re living in the forest. 🌳 Any problems I’ve ever had get resolved quickly.
