The Nine at West Campus

The staff is amazing. The events are great, lots of free food. Pool is reopened, along with other upgrades my daughter really likes. Josh and Ollie are so helpful. Throw in great maintenance at a affordable price, she will be staying here until she graduates UT.

I have lived at the Nine for 3 years and have loved every minute of it. The highlight has been the office staff! Our property manager Josh, genuinely cares about his residents and has helped me out a few times with extra time when I was short on rent. He has unclogged my toilet when maintenance was gone for the day and even came on a Saturday at 11pm to fix our A/C. The events and amenities are amazing, now that the pool is reopened and he recently changed the hallway flooring from carpet to wood. I moved here as a scared Freshman from a small town and knowing we can go to him for whatever has been great in helping me adjust.

Im an incoming freshman looking into getting an apartment. I saw this place and decided to tour and while everything went great, the management seemed like a mess. This was earlier and I even talked to a resident who was heading out and said that the rooms were never properly treated during move in and that management didn’t seem to properly pay a good staff for cleaning and did everything last minute. I was mortified hearing that. The place seemed nice so I was just very surprised to hear this.

I rarely write reviews, however there has been an ongoing issue with the attention of upper management, as the current state of leadership at this property is entirely unacceptable. While visiting my daughter, I recently witnessed a male manager, whose name I was unfortunately unable to get, being openly disrespectful and unprofessional toward his own staff in public. Furthermore, after speaking with several other residents, it is clear there is a widespread pattern of management making false promises regarding community and maintenance deadlines, only to completely fail to deliver.
