Just resigned for another year and haven't had many issues at all really. Ms. Brenda is the absolute best. She does a great job making everyone feel welcome here and is a pleasure to talk to whenever I bump into her

I just moved at The Mont and has been a great experience! The entire move-in process has been incredibly smooth and easy. A huge shoutout to Hamasa and everyone else they are super friendly, welcoming, and quick to help whenever you need anything. Highly recommend!

Good morning: I would like to know how I can file a complaint regarding excessive noise. On several occasions—particularly in the early hours of the morning, such as today at 3:00 a.m.—loud laughter and voices can be heard coming from some of the apartments, preventing us from sleeping. I would appreciate it if you could let me know the proper procedure for reporting this, or if you could send security personnel to investigate. Thank you.

Good evening, I'm having recurring problems with excessive noise during the early morning hours on weekends (very loud voices and laughter). Today it's happening from 9 PM until 3:30 AM. I can't identify the exact apartment, but it's clearly audible inside my unit. It's in building 2. I kindly request that you investigate this and take action according to the complex's rules.
