Love our condo building! The staff are the absolute best in Austin and have amazing customer service. The location is perfect. We have a peaceful setting overlooking the lake, but we are also close enough to the historic side of Rainey St to enjoy the nightlife. Our neighbors create a tight knit community. We wouldn’t live anywhere else!

Lived here for 6 years and it's easily the favorite residence of my life. Great service from the concierge, receiving team, and maintenance staff. Very convenient to everything. The community is active and some great views of downtown and the bats when they fly. There are a lot of dogs here which I love, but if you're not a dog person you may want to go elsewhere. Wish I could give this 6 stars.
