I've been living here for about 2 years now and I've really enjoyed it. I feel very safe, the grounds are clean, and the staff is very friendly. My best part is taking my dog on a walk on the walking trail. There are even some friendly deer friends that just hang out. It has been a very enjoyable experience!

We have been here 1 and a half years. The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. It’s very small and quiet with only a few buildings. The staff is wonderful, attentive, very low turn over so everyone knows us. The maintenance crew is organized and on top of things. This has been one of the best apartments we’ve lived in. Would 100% recommend

I’ve had a lot of bad apartment experiences so when I signed my lease, I expected to move again at the end. But instead my boyfriend moved in and we renewed and are considering staying longer than originally planned. I love it here! Maria in the office has been such a positive experience, I named my sourdough starter after her😂. So many CUTE dogs. The walking trail is amazing and sometimes I see whole deer families on my morning walks. The location is perfect! My maintenance requests are answered within 24/48hours. I recommend this apartment to anyone interested in moving.

I’ve lived at Marquis at Ladera Vista for about 15 months now and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. The staff is always helpful, informative, and eager to assist in any way they can. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. I also love the walking trails around the property—surrounded by trees, they’re perfect for peaceful walks or jogs. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping options all close by. It’s been a stress-free and enjoyable place to live, and I highly recommend it!
