Marquis at Great Hills

This is our 3rd year living at Marquis at Great Hills, and we’ve had a great experience. The location is very convenient, with stores and restaurants just outside the complex. The management and maintenance teams are wonderful — they are always quick to respond, helpful, and address any concerns right away. We truly appreciate the great service and the community here. I highly recommend Marquis at Great Hills!

We’ve been living here happily for almost 5 years. The location is convenient, the pool is amazing, and the management team does a great job. The only area that could be improved is the pricing, which could be a little more competitive.

I have been living here since December 2025. I initially chose this place after a friend who already lived here recommended it, and honestly, I don't think there's any better place to live than here. First of all, the community is incredibly well-maintained, and the amenities—especially the pool and the gym—are outstanding. The pool during sunset is absolutely stunning. It's also very convenient because there are many major retail stores nearby, such as Costco, Sam's Club, and Target. But what I'm most satisfied with is the management team. They are always so friendly, and whenever I request maintenance or pest control, they take care of it within 1 to 2 hours. I plan on staying here for a very long time!

I would highly recommend living at Marquis at Great Hills! The units are bright and spacious, the pool is nice, and I love all of the trees throughout the complex. I appreciate that there is a parking garage if the weather is bad and I want to shield my vehicle from the elements. I also appreciate the car wash station with vacuums! Makes it super convenient to have access to a hose for cleaning various things off outside. Anytime we've had an issue with our unit, or anything, the maintainece workers come promptly and help resolve the issue. It feels like they really care about helping you The location of the complex is also amazing, about 15 minutes to various places downtown, and minutes away from any store you could think of. While in the complex, because of the trees, you don't feel like you're so close to all of these businesses. There is a secluded, comforting feel and a real sense of community. Overall, all of the little things make living at Marquis at Great Hills a great experience. I would recommend it to someone who wants the best balance of location, price, greenery, great service, and a nice pool.
