Many red flags random weird people, pool been closed, the mainance crew very nosey and get you in trouble, stare way to much and have lied before and left the door unlocked one time, the new manager she’s (ok) literally grew up here

It's horrible here and do not move in!! I WAS ASSAULTED HERE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHANGE THE LOCKS VERONICA HAD THE AUDACITY TO MAKE A JOKE ABOUT IT THAT I SHOULDN'T GO ON SUCH WILD DATES!!!! I WAS BROKEN INTO A SECOND TIME MY BOYFRIEND BROKE HIS HAND ON THE GUY'S FACE AND THEY STILL COULDN'T CHANGE THE LOCKS

Been here almost 10 months; have had nothing but problems with the people upstairs stomping around all night and letting their kis(s) run around M-S. My daughter and I don't get much sleep, have reported to front office numerous times along with sending videos of the noise that continue all hours of the wee mornings; have had my car vandalized and car window shattered, have had someone (s) taking off my screen windows to get into my apt.. This is not a good location to consider moving into!!!!! I appreciate Mrs. Karla for trying to help me when she can!!!

I moved here before my daughter's birthday and let me tell you Karla and her staff did a beautiful job and I have zero complaints about them. Respectful and loyal and honest people. Yes it was a a bit rough start with neighbors but it was resolved in a timely manner. Neighbors are great. Not much going on here. If it could give me more stars to rate them it would be a 100.
