The Grand at the Domain

The Grand at the Domain is such an amazing apartment complex! My wife and I moved here in June 2025 and the team in the front office has been so accommodating and has addressed all of our concerns with our unit swiftly. This is such a beautiful community with even greater amenities! My wife and I love the massage chairs in the zen room and we love hosting events in the third floor lounge! If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to live in the Domain - this is you spot!

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience living at The Grand at the Domain. We have been here for almost six months now, and from the very beginning, we have had nothing but good things to say. Ashley, Jackie, and Callie Mae are always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything we need. Our dog also loves getting treats and pets from his best friends in the leasing office! One of the things we appreciate most about The Grand is its location within the Domain. This part of the Domain is noticeably quieter than some of the busier, shopping areas, making it peaceful and relaxing while still being close to everything. Another huge plus for us is being located right across the street from the big Domain park/dog parks! The amenities here are excellent and very well maintained. My wife loves the Pilates studio and the Zen room, while I enjoy spending time in the players lounge. We both use the gym regularly and appreciate how clean it is and how well the equipment is maintained. There is also a dog run on the backside of the building, and while we do not use it often, it is nice to have available. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, and friendly community in the Domain, we highly recommend The Grand at the Domain. You will not be disappointed!

She took her time walking us through all of the amenities and multiple floor plans, answered every question with ease, and shared so much helpful insight throughout the tour.😊 Ashly is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind, you can truly tell she cares about making the process smooth and THE PEOPLE. She made sure we had everything we needed and was so attentive in helping the client directly. I absolutely loved working with her and will 100% be working with her again. Highly recommend! 💗✨

I’ve lived here for over a year, and I’m very happy with my experience. Jackie at the leasing office front desk is amazing. She is professional, clear, and very approachable. She knows exactly when to be friendly and helpful and when to be firm and give clear guidance, which helps everything run smoothly. Dakota and Andrew from the maintenance team are friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whenever there’s an issue, they respond quickly and make sure everything is handled thoroughly. Juana from the cleaning staff does an excellent job and consistently keeps the apartment clean and well organized. CallieMae, the manager, is very friendly with a warm smile. She manages the apartment extremely well and makes residents feel comfortable and happy. The apartment is extremely well maintained, and the entire management team is kind, reliable, and professional.

I worked with Jackie when I toured and leased my apartment a few months ago, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about her. She was incredibly patient, flexible, and thorough throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions before moving in and sent more emails and made more phone calls than I probably should admit—but she answered every single one thoughtfully and made sure I found the perfect unit for me. I’ve now been living here for about three months and absolutely love it. The apartments are gorgeous—easily some of the best units in the Domain area—and the community is extremely pet-friendly (which matters a lot to me). I’ve rarely run into any issues, and on the one or two occasions I’ve had small maintenance requests, the team responded within hours the same day and resolved everything immediately. I’ve honestly been blown away by how efficient and responsive they are. I’ve seen a few negative reviews online about things like garages, hallways and minor building issues, but anyone who has lived in larger or high-rise communities knows these things can happen anywhere. What truly matters is how quickly and effectively they’re addressed—and this team does an excellent job. The leasing office staff and maintenance team are all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely love dogs. Overall, I truly enjoy living here and feel very happy with my decision. Highly recommend!
