This is a great community in a fantastic location. The flats offers a nice community with amenities like a pool, dog park, pickleball court and weight room. Some floor plans even offer sunrooms for extra indoor space. The staff are friendly and helpful, and you're conveniently close to Lakeline Mall and The water Tank, a classic old Austin spot just up the road.

I've lived here ~5 years and this apt complex continues to do better and better! 🐱👍🏻 Also thanks to Casey for always being so kind and helpful! ✨

I've lived here for 4 years and have always felt right at home. Casey in the office has always been so helpful and attentive to any issues I have had. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking to live in this area.
