The Enclave at Waters Edge

Beware of Move-In Conditions! I moved into my new apartment only to discover six work orders on the day of my move, two of which are emergent. Despite being reassured with phrases like, “But don’t worry, we had new floors installed…” the reality was incredibly disappointing. The bathtub only functions as a shower, and the toilet paper holder is barely hanging on. The kitchen cabinet is literally falling off its hinges. To make matters worse, my front door is practically unusable because the painters painted over the lock, leaving only my brother—who is much stronger than I am—to secure it. So now I personally can’t lock my door when I leave. The windows are a security nightmare; they can easily be pushed out, which is terrifying for me as a single female on the first floor. The blinds are broken. While I flagged these issues as urgent, the leasing office didn’t seem to take them seriously, scheduling repairs for next week. I was promised a move-in ready apartment weeks ago! Now, I have to stay an hour away with family until the door and windows are fixed because they are worried about my safety. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to view the exact unit you're moving into. The model looks great, but the reality is far from it. The manager claimed he did an inspection beforehand, but it’s hard to believe—how could so many issues be missed in just 512 sq ft? Did you do the walk through with your eyes closed or the lights off?? Please heed my warning and think twice before moving in here! I have a list of close runner ups in the area that I felt like were in better condition. Feel free to message me for more info. And of course, here are the pics from move in day yesterday!

I'm so happy my daughter is moving in soon! The property is lovely and clean, and the service is 100 out of 100. I want to thank Luz for her excellent service. I love it!

Lus was very sweet, took care of all our questions and concerns. The apartments are not to our liking, but she treated us very well and for that i give her, 5 star. Customer service right now!!!!!!!!! She deserves it.

The property manager named Jeffrey was amazing , very helpful and answered any questions and took care of any problems i had . He’s on top of it . It feels good to have a manager that cares about a property. Thank y’all for making my stay great :) i actually enjoy the property
