AMAZING property and staff!! Our team visited today and got to speak with Teresa; she was so informative and helpful. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!!

Nancy, Tisha, and Teresa are so tremendous and helpful. Throughout the entire application process they were there to answer any questions and help me in every way possible. Not to mention they are so kind and welcoming you already feel like you’re home. I’m still waiting to hear back on if I get approved but I want so badly to live with this amazing staff as management for my property!

I want to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to Rebecca The Reserve at Springdale For months, I had been advocating for accommodations for my daughter’s disabilities, and finally, Rebecca stepped up and made it happen. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication truly stand out. She listened, understood, and worked tirelessly to ensure our needs were met. If you’re a resident at TheReserveatSpringdale, or considering moving here, I can’t recommend Rebecca highly enough. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and genuinely cares about the people she helps.

Tisha Govea and Shayla Bailey are the Best community managers and specialist!! They take care of the residents on spot! These Angels took care of my Mothers transfer to a new community without incident. Thank you both for the love y’all show her and taking care of her. God Bless you both! In Jesus name.
