Reserve at Springdale Apartments

I have mixed feelings about this place . When we first moved in , everyone was welcoming and it seemed like a good community … I was wrong . I have 2 months left of my lease and I can say it has been very unwelcoming and unpleasant coming home . There is always trash in the hallways , pool gets dirty in the summer and it doesn’t get cleaned daily , dog poop all over the grass . there are some things management aren’t in control of , but tenants that have been here for YEARS don’t seem to respect their living area . There is always someone in the elevator smoking , I’ve seen dog poop in halls . The residents here don’t seem to care for the property they LIVE in . Managment is doing the best they can , but they need to start fining residents since they make the complex look inhabitable . But other then that a good complex , not quiet tho.

I love it here the staff is great
