The Enclave at Pflugerville

I have been living at this complex for a little over 2 years now and I have no intention of leaving. The front desk has always been so kind and accommodating to me. Especially Ashley and Savannah. I love it here and you will too!

Some of the new staff is just straight up rude, you ask them for help on something and they act annoyed and you can tell by their face and tone. I have only seen them be nice to potential customers what about the ones that are already customers. Being able to use the amenities is such a problem for no reason. Trying to pick up packages is a hassle. They don’t even try to help you. The assistant manager is really nice the only person that cares about the residents.

I can’t say enough great things about The Enclave at Falcon Pointe Apartments! From the moment Synergy Global Housing moved in, the staff has been absolutely incredible—beyond helpful, consistently responsive, and always eager to assist. Whether it's a special maintenance request, a question about package deliveries, or just a general property need, they go above and beyond every single time. The property itself is beautifully maintained with lush landscaping, clean common areas, and a true sense of community. The apartments are top-notch—modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality finishes that make it feel like home right away. It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in the community they’ve built.
