Quick to take your money and slow to resolve maintenance issues. Staff is rude and the surrounding people are disrespectful. They slam doors and scream in the hallway all time of day. They still haven't fixed the door on the trash room and its been months since I reported it. The property manager said that the latch was on back order and now my apartment has flies and spiders from the trash room. I called 6 times and have a ticket in the livly app about a emergency maintenance issues and one of the staff told me that my issue wasn't important and proceed to say it was low priority then hung up on me. The staff can be extremely tone deaf to situations so I don't bother telling them anything anymore.

Huge shoutout to Nathaniel, George, and Tucker! We had a pest issue come up, and they responded and resolved it incredibly fast. Professional, prompt, and efficient. Fantastic maintenance team!

Living at the Edition has been so great! The staff is so friendly and so helpful. They really do care about their residents. Especially Jorge and Tucker. There was some problems with the apartment and they were very quick to fix everything. They were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong.
