A huge shoutout to Jack for making our experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. His recommendations were spot-on, his service was outstanding, and he brought such a positive energy to the entire evening. The rooftop views, drinks, and atmosphere were fantastic, but Jack’s hospitality is what truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re visiting Edge Rooftop at the JW Marriott Austin, ask for Jack—you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
