Wanted to share a review as a locator and as a past resident! I used to live at Corazon a few years ago and absolutely loved it. Location is top tier and the leasing staff is always so sweet to their residents and locators. I love working with Hannah and Aubrey. They are always quick to respond and make sure everyone is taken care of. Will continue to rave about Corazon and send my friends this way (:

Aubrey in the leasing office sealed the deal for me and I couldn’t be happier as a new resident! I signed the lease remotely, sight unseen besides the video and information Aubrey sent me and their website. I was moving from another state, and did a lot of online research on the downtown/East Austin neighborhoods. Corazon is 10/10 in my books for quality, location and community. The amenities are great too! Highly recommend! Ask for Aubrey in leasing! 💯💜

The leasing office staff have been great. Particularly in helping create community through special events. The pool party Hannah hosted was phenomenal. Everyone really seemed to have a great time. I know I did!

I moved into this apartment complex in March, and the entire move-in process was so easy and stress-free. Since living here, I’ve honestly had the best experience. Everyone is super friendly, including the leasing staff, and the community atmosphere is exactly what I was looking for. One of my favorite things is the resident events — they’re actually fun and such a great way to meet people. At my last apartment, I never really got to know any of my neighbors, so moving downtown here has been such a refreshing change. I’ve already made so many new friends, and it truly feels like a community instead of just an apartment complex. I’m so happy I chose to move here!

The staff organise regular events which are always fun and a great way to meet your neighbours! Everyone is super welcoming and warm and the pool party was particularly fun this year with awesome pizza and lots of fun things! Hannah Rocks!
