I encourage all residents to report all these 5 star reviews that are all obviously "we will give you a free months rent for a 5 star review" as they are a detriment to people looking to move in here. Also reviews that are for maintenance people in particular, these are irrelevant to the complex as a whole. I love my apartment, its perfect, but the below issues cannot stand. Yoga Room, Indoor Hot Tub, Front Gate, Sauna, Steam Room and App that opens doors around the apartment are all broken / inaccessible and have been for over 6 months. The reason they're not fixed is because they're on a 3-5 year warranty and they don't want to pay extra to fix it faster with non-warranty contractors. I've also been robbed since living here and neighbors have had their cars stolen and also robbed, there's no cameras in the facility other than the ones around the leasing. The contract you sign basically says "the gate is a deterrent, not a security measure"... very cleaver.

This property and staff is AMAZING - Our team had the pleasure of speaking with the Property Manager James in the leasing office, who was so polite and accommodating during our visit. Definitely would recommend this property and bunch! 5 Stars!!

Update: The apartment manager is very on top of things. Many of my complaints were addressed with urgent attention. I had many issues and worries in which were addressed. That being said, still waiting on repairs for the sauna and hot tub. The gates are currently locked, which I hope stays consistent. I feel safe when the gates are locked properly. Can’t wait to use the dry sauna again. I was told in December they’d be fixed by the end of the year / end of January at the latest, so we shall see. Otherwise, things are looking up.

I would not recommend this complex to a friend. I lived in this apartment complex for about 2.5 years. Management constantly changes, but I had a very bad experience with them when my job status changed and they were not understanding or helpful at all. I initially opted to temporarily change to month-to-month rent after my lease ended, which was about $400 more per month than I paid during my 12-month lease. After about a month, I decided I wanted to do 6-month lease instead as it would be much cheaper and significantly help me with my job situation at the time. This would still have been an increase in rent price, despite rent prices dropping all around Austin. I was told I would have to move out of my apartment and into another apartment within the complex to get the new rates offered for that same apartment size, even though I had been a great tenant for 2 years. The agent in the leasing office took forever to handle my request as months passed. I even kept following up with her as she never followed up as promised. After several months of the horrible lack of service and getting nowhere with them, I decided I would end my lease with them. When I moved out in October 2025, I cleaned thoroughly (although not to a professional level, as construction workers would have to come in and leave a mess anyway and repaint the walls and do other work that I was told was standard after every move-out & I would not be charged.). A lady in the office told me that the only surfaces they clean before a new tenant moves in are the countertops and that I didn't clean to their standard, so they would have to hire a cleaner and charge me $90/hr. When I spoke to her in the office a few days prior, her tone was very different as she told me it would be fine as long as it looked like I tried to clean. I think she changed tones as some type of strategy to improve my perception of the complex (manufacture a problem and then resolve it.) Right after she told me that, she told me she had looked through the notes kept on me and saw I had a very bad experience with the prior agent, which she wouldn't have handled the same way. Because of my previous bad experience, she said they would give me my full $250 deposit back and I wouldn’t have to worry about cleaning further. They, of course, did nothing about the thousands I overpaid because their agent drew out my request over months and never resolved it. I have to take partial fault for staying and trusting they would kindly handle the request with empathy. Aside from that, the spa and part of the gym were shut down again for an extended period of time (over a month) less than a year after they were previously shut down. Tenants pay for amenities, but the complex doesn't maintain them properly with long-lasting solutions. Also, towards the end of my time there, I noticed a problem with pests. Hopefully, things improve soon! 🙂

I want to give a big shout-out to the leasing agents here, Faith Trout and Laugdon. They were exceptional from the start. We were immediately greeted by Laugdon, who offered us water and snacks. This was reassuring, especially since the last two properties we toured left us standing around while the leasing agents played Candy Crush, and we had to ask for assistance after a few minutes. Faith had a welcoming smile and a great attitude. She made our family feel at home and showed us two floor plans. Their professionalism and hospitality truly stood out.
