This property offers a great location close to downtown Austin, with many residents appreciating the spacious and modern apartments, as well as amenities like a large gym, inviting pool area, and convenient covered parking. While the staff are often praised for their helpfulness and responsiveness, prospective residents should be aware of recurring issues such as noise from neighbors, occasional security concerns like broken gates and package theft, and frequent false fire alarms.

I am finally moving out of this complex, but not before warning others about one of the most inconsiderate neighbors I have ever lived near. This resident allows her dogs to bark loudly for hours every single day, turning what should be a peaceful home into a constant nightmare. The barking is extremely loud, relentless, and can be heard throughout the day, late at night, and even during the very early morning hours when people are still trying to sleep. I have a 5-year-old child and a husband who has to wake up early for work, and this ongoing noise has affected our family tremendously. It has become a daily ordeal to listen to nonstop barking with no apparent concern for how it impacts the people living around her. Responsible pet ownership includes respecting your neighbors, and that responsibility has been completely ignored. No one should have to endure this level of disturbance on a regular basis. If you are considering moving here, be aware that living near this resident can be a miserable experience. Someone needs to address this situation, because the constant barking has become an ongoing nuisance for everyone nearby.

Don’t get me wrong, the staff is great, well Amira and Elizabeth are but they both left. But I’ve had my car broken into, three packages stolen (they take so long to give you the footage), my oven broken, my patio things stolen on the day I moved in. The apartment has thin walls and you can hear the Waymo’s coming in and out, you can hear footprints from upstairs. It’s not a comfortable place to live at. The apartment has an office where people throw parties inside and as I’m working out I’ve had several little kids go into the gym and mess with the equipment. I’ve came into the gym and a homeless man was laying on the gym mat! I wish I could say good things..but no, I would not have rented here again if I knew all of this beforehand.

IM AN OG RESIDENT. I've been here since it opened. I apologize in advance for the lengthy review but I take apartment hunting seriously. I mean it's going to be your home and honestly, I love cool neighbors! So with that being said.... If you’re truly looking for a place that keeps life interesting, Bridge at Turtle Creek definitely delivers. First off, the location is honestly hard to beat— 5 miles to downtown Austin. Close enough to everything you need, but still tucked away just enough that you feel like you’ve escaped most of the chaos (until you remember you still have neighbors… but hey, that’s apartment life). The management team is honestly one of the better parts of living here. They’re approachable, responsive, and don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them just for existing (which, if you’ve rented before, you know is a win). The apartment itself? Surprisingly spacious yet cozy. I’ve done the whole “try to rearrange furniture 18 times in one weekend” thing, and it actually works here—which is a small miracle. Natural light comes through nicely too, so at least when life feels a little chaotic, your living room doesn’t. Love, love, love my balcony!! Maintenance deserves a shout out—they’ve come through when needed and didn’t leave me wondering if I’d accidentally submitted my request into the void. That alone earns points. The amenities are actually a strong point here. The gym is huge—like, “I might actually cancel my membership” huge—and has enough equipment that you’re not awkwardly waiting around pretending to stretch. The elevators? They exist, they work, and honestly that’s all I’m asking for in apartment living. The pool area is one of the highlights—beautiful setup with BBQ grills and a fire pit that makes you feel like you should be hosting friends… or at least pretending you’re that person. There’s a dog park too, which is great if you have a pup or just enjoy casually watching dogs live their best lives. ADORABLE 🥰 Covered parking garage is a huge plus (goodbye scorching hot car), and the gated access with added security gives some peace of mind. Overall, the amenities make it feel a little more “resort-ish” than your average apartment—just with the occasional real-life twist to keep things interesting! Now let’s talk about the community. You’ll meet all kinds of personalities here. Some are super friendly, some… keep things mysterious. It’s like a live-action social experiment, but with rent. Parking? It’s a game. A strategy. A test of character. If you find a good spot, just know—you’ve won for the day. NAH! It's not bad at all. With 5 levels to choose from, you will have no problems. Overall though, it’s a solid place to live. It’s got its quirks (what apartment doesn’t?), but it also has charm, convenience, and enough comfort to make it feel like home. If you come in with realistic expectations and a sense of humor, you’ll do just fine here. Happy Apartment Hunting! ♥️ ♥️ P.S. I've attached a photo of my vibe. For maximum effect....Blink real fast and my candles flicker. 😁

Elizabeth was amazing from start to finish. She made the entire process smooth, stayed on top of everything, and kept things light with her great sense of humor. It’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and genuinely enjoyable to work with. She worked so fast she had time to change my tire and top off my liquids. Thanks again Elizabeth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
