100% Honest Review If you’re going to trust any reviews trust this one! I lived here for 2 years. I want to start by saying the employees in the leasing office were very helpful & maintenance was on point. To me this property is well kept. The inside of the apartments are beautiful with modern finishes. Community events were held for the residents. Like wine tasting, chocolate cover strawberry making. Arts & crafts for the kids. This location is in south Austin & close to downtown. The biggest irritations about living here were outside of the leasing office control 1. Constant random fire alarms. It could be at any time of the day 3am or in the afternoon. And it happened almost every month since I’ve been living here. 2. Maximum security. This could be a good or a bad thing. The security was so good to the point I’ll get locked out of the building. At first we were using the app but it didn’t work so we switch back to the codes. Initially they took the codes away due to people giving it to their DoorDash driver, which raised security concerns. I don’t blame the residents for wanting their items delivered to their door. It’s such a big inconvenience to walk all the way down stairs for your items. At this point it’s like you might as well go to the store & get the items yourself. This was Lowkey such an inconvenient feature especially if you were feeling ill & couldn’t leave the house. 3. Occasionally packages will get lost :( but the property management team made sure to place signs around the apartment so the delivery driver knew where to leave them. It really depended on your delivery driver to follow directions. Again nothing to do with the employees at the leasing office, they were great! 4. Yes you will hear your neighbors to say the least 🙃 5. You will need a cart to bring your groceries in. I personally think the way this apartment was designed it’s just not for me. I definitely tried to make the most of it while I was here. I was mainly fighting against the fire alarms and getting into the building. Sometimes even bring my groceries in the house was a constant fight. It’s not the worst place to live but it definitely had constant aggravations that again had nothing to do with the ladies in the front office. Everyone in the leasing office tried their best to address the issues they could control. I personally never experienced getting my car or my apartment getting broken into while I was here. It was definitely some stragglers that found their way on the property. I have no idea how they got in because I myself had a hard time. I would say this property earned 3 stars due to the inconveniences of everything. Overall I did feel safe. It’s not the worst place to live. The studios are really cute & affordable for the price, especially in Austin.

I recently moved in and been here for a month, i first want to thank the ladies in the office for making my move quick and easy, i really want to thank ELIZABETH for helping me through my process and giving me the exact unit i asked for. Very affordable rent, the area is perfect since i work 5m from here. Neighbors are so friendly, no noise complaints everyone is respectful, packages are being left alone (atleast on my floor), they clean the carpet every week, and the list goes on….. 10/10 for me!
