The Bridge at St. Elmo

Our experience has been wonderful here at the Bridge, all thanks to the property manager Sarah. She went above & beyond to help us acquire our new home. We are very grateful for her patience, determination, & positive attitude. Our new apartment is lovely, the community has been welcoming, and everytime we require assistance, there's always someone to gladly help. It's also a huge PLUS how most residents are pet owners, so it makes my day walking my Bubbi & greeting all the friends. I just toured with Anna she was so nice. I met the whole staff they were all super friendly. It was a pleasure working with her and the property was very modern and well kept, I really liked the yards also. The quality of the apartments and the rent price is difficult to find here in Austin.

I had a really great experience working with Dee at South Park Meadows. Moving can be stressful, but Dee made the entire process feel much easier and more approachable. They were patient, clear, and genuinely helpful when walking me through the move-in details, timelines, and next steps. What stood out most was how pleasant and human the experience felt, no pressure, no confusion, just steady support and good communication. I really appreciated how much smoother Dee made what could have been an overwhelming process. Highly recommend working with them if you’re looking for a place here.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex, and a huge part of that is the staff. Sarah, the property manager, has been outstanding. She’s incredibly helpful, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues that come up. It’s clear she genuinely cares about residents and making sure things run smoothly. The rest of the staff deserves the same praise. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and easy to work with, which makes a big difference day to day. I also want to give a special shoutout to Brennon for making my apartment search such a positive experience. He made the process fun, comfortable, and completely pressure-free, which I really appreciated. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Overall, this has been a great place to live, and the team here truly sets it apart. Highly recommend.

The whole staff is /was. .. very helpful manger and. Assistant manager were /are awesome!!! Leasing agent know exactly what team work is!! Nathan was awesome 😎 the community is very clean Deserri is the best with Pablo🙏🥰keep up the great work🙏🥰❤️
