Bridge at Northwest Hills Apartments

(Updated – 2026) I lived at Bridge at Northwest Hills for three years and can now look back on my experience with a broader perspective after moving to another community. The biggest strengths of this property are its location and maintenance team. The community offers excellent access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and major roads. Maintenance requests were handled promptly and professionally, and the move-out process was smooth, fair, and straightforward. Communication with the office was sometimes inconsistent, and the cleanliness of common areas was not always at the level I expected. Hallways, stairwells, laundry facilities, and areas around the dumpsters could sometimes appear neglected or poorly maintained. During my residency, late-night noise, smoking in shared areas, and occasional disregard for quiet hours were recurring concerns. Toward the end of my stay, I also experienced several incidents involving neighboring residents that made me feel uncomfortable, including loud banging on my door late at night. While this may not reflect everyone's experience, it affected my sense of privacy and security. One positive detail worth mentioning is that the community regularly followed up on completed service requests and asked residents for feedback, which showed an effort to monitor service quality. Overall, Bridge at Northwest Hills offers good value, a convenient location, and an excellent maintenance team. However, the condition of common areas and the behavior of some residents may significantly influence your experience.

Really disappointed I’ve been having to follow up repeatedly with the leasing office to get my refund after moving out. It’s like $300, what’s going on? Please contact me. I’ve emailed and called a number of times since moving out in January 2026. It’s late May now. Editing to add: within 48 hrs of posting this review I was able to pickup my refund check at the leasing office.

The trash situation has gotten really bad recently. It seems like there are not enough dumpsters, and they are not being picked up often enough. All of the dumpsters on the property are overflowing with trash. It is a shame.

The Birdge at Northewest hills has exceeded my expectations. Everyone from the leasing office to the neighbors has been very welcoming. I had a few hiccups when I first moved in and the office staff helped me out and made sure everything was fixed immediately! I want to give a big shout out to Sarah and Ethan in the office and the maintenance men who came out and fixed everything!

Hard working staff. Friendly, dedicated. If you have a problem they will work with you to solve it. Update 2026. Kudos to maintenance staff. Driveways allowed foot and car traffic after snow.
