The Beverly is an awesome place that does fun events for the residents, as well as a great dog park, great front office staff , and super quick maintenance. Neighbors are all super friendly and you can’t beat the awesome location

Realtors and Apartment Locators: BEWARE – This property does NOT pay agent commissions. I helped a client lease an apartment at The Beverly and was personally present on the tour. The building advertises agent commissions, but despite submitting my invoice in December, I have still not been paid. After following up, I was told by Levi (property staff) that my invoice was rejected because my brokerage wasn’t in their vendor system. I submitted all required documents, and Levi confirmed payment would be issued by May 23rd. As of July 28, I’ve received no payment and no further response. I also contacted RPM Living corporate and never heard back. ⚠️ If your brokerage is not already set up in their system, there’s a good chance you will not get paid. I did everything they asked—and still received nothing. This review isn’t about the building itself—it’s a warning for other agents. If you're helping a client lease here, know that you may not be compensated for your work.

I’ve lived here for a few months and really like it — it feels like the best value in Austin. It’s super close to everything I want to do and walking distance to my downtown office. The unit is huge compared to similarly priced places in the area, and the renovations are way more modern than I expected based on the outside of the building. The pool is great, and everyone in the leasing office has been really friendly and helpful. That said, I agree with others that the hallways could use an update — they look pretty old and don’t match how nice the rest of the building is. The elevator has also gone out a few times and probably needs some love. But those are pretty minor issues overall. The biggest downside is that the area is a little sketchy, and it is LOUD if your unit faces Red River. If you know this part of Austin, that shouldn’t surprise you — but it can be a lot if you’re not ready for it. Overall, for the price, space, location, and amenities, this place is an incredible deal. I’m giving it 5 stars and plan to stay for the foreseeable future.
