Man what an experience. Tha greatest thing about this place is the management team. Sandra is the best manager I have come across in all my time Apartment Locating. She operated with the utmost care and her hospitality is second to none. On top of the unique flexibility they offer, they have a gem of a person in Miss Sandra. 10/10 reccomend!

Well worth it! Sandra from management is one of the nicest people I've ever met in my entire life. She worked with me on my accommodations and consistently goes above and beyond with apartment events. She's so incredibly kind that she even invited me to the resident breakfast even while I was still looking for a place to stay in Austin. Merilou from the apartment staff was also very kind and accommodating during the Thanksgiving event that I also went to. The apartment is walkable to the 99 ranch market, a place notorious for having difficult parking. You are halfway between downtown and the domain, probably 10-15 minutes both ways, so great location! You have access to things like Vigilante, Bamboo House, KBBQ. If you frequent Asian food establishments, it's a no brainer. There are around 4 events per month with free food/yoga/etc. Substantially higher than anything I've ever had at other apartments. Many of these events will completely handle food for you for the day. Ave Austin management is the best I've ever seen, and if you're looking for a quiet, but still very accessible location Ave Austin is definitely a location you should tour at the very least.

If I could give more stars I would!!! My partner and I were looking to upgrade our living experience in Austin, and feel SO grateful to have stumbled upon the AVE on North Lamar (an amazing location near restaurants, bakeries, 99 ranch, the rail, etc, and a view of downtown!). From the moment we walked in, we have felt welcomed and apart of the beautiful community that Sandra, Monica, and the rest of the staff have so excellently created in this space. The AVE is a family based company and it shows. From our initial scouting, to the application process, through all the logistics, Sandra was the most gracious and supportive through our process. Not only is this community safe, clean, and everything we need, but Sandra goes above and beyond to bring the community together in a way I have never seen in all my renting in Austin (or anywhere!). We are so grateful to start this chapter with this team, in our beautiful, elevated, new space, with our cherished little pets. Thank you for welcoming us to the family, and can’t wait to LIVE BETTER at the AVE 🙏🤩

Our walk-in closet space is great as well! We are so excited to be here. The location is great as well, we are close to the metro rail, Very easy to get downtown quickly, and to other locations on the line. Great bakery’s near, and great restaurants as well. I’ve lived in this area of Austin for almost 5 years. I’m so happy to keep the things I love about this area without sacrificing moving away. The Ave has the best quality of living to date in the area when it comes to apartments, you can’t beat what they to offer.

We stayed at the AVE a week ago and LOVED IT! Everything from our arrival to our departure was perfect. The staff (especially Sandra) was so friendly & knowledgeable. Our apartment was so very nice . Just beautiful!! The amenities are incredible. I recommend highly to stay at the AVE. You will absolutely enjoy every minute of stay. I cannot wait to go back!!

My stay at AVE for about a year when I was in Austin was great! It is conveniently located close to Domain where I worked. It is also close to downtown and has great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Sandra helped us pick a great apartment and was super helpful throughout the move in process. She also helped us change apartments to downsize later and made it really easy for us. The apartment has nice amenities, friendly neighbors and staff, is clean and has great events! Would definitely recommend living here!

I was from Japan and stayed here for one year while working at University of Texas at Austin. My life at AVE Austin North Lamar was excellent! [People] The leasing staff, technicians, and residents are all very friendly and supportive. We received big help from Sandra and Monica when moving in and out. Maintenance issues were handled promptly. There are wonderful social events every month. [Location & Transportation] The location is very convenient, with easy access to Downtown and Domain by train from Crestview Station, and to Mueller and UT Austin by bus. With the transportation, you can reach H-E-B (North Lamar, Mueller, and SoCo), Central Market, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s. For setting up a new life, there are useful nearby stores like DAISO, Mission Restaurant Supply, and Couch Potatoes. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is within walking distance. [Work] AVE is also a great place for working from home. The club house and sky lounge are clean, and the poolside is calm and my favorite spot. There are also cafes nearby, you can refresh yourself at Starbucks and Barrett’s Coffee. Highly recommended for anyone planning to stay in Austin, short- or long-term!

I’ve been living here for almost a year now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the staff and property. Sandra was incredibly warm and helpful throughout my move-in process and beyond. She’s been consistently informative, communicative, and caring, always ready to help with any questions or concerns that come up. Monica has also been wonderful to work with—she genuinely cares about the residents and the quality of service provided. I always feel heard and taken care of when interacting with her. The rest of the staff is always friendly, attentive, and do a great job of keeping the property in such good condition. The amenity spaces are well maintained and have been a huge perk of living here. It’s family-owned, and you can feel that sense of pride and care. It’s a quiet, clean, safe, and updated place to live, with lots of fun and meaningful community events—both social and charitable. I’ve really enjoyed living here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming community and well managed home!
