Unbelievably unprofessional and hostile experience. My partner and I scheduled an afternoon tour in advance, but the treatment we received upon arrival completely derailed our interest in this property. When we arrived, the leasing agent at the front desk (a woman with short hair) was on a call—seemingly on FaceTime. She dismissively gestured for us to wait with her hand and walked away. After leaving us waiting outside for over five minutes, she opened the door and asked us what we wanted. She then aggressively informed us that she was on her lunch break, using an accusatory tone as if our scheduled appointment was an inconvenience to her. She also insisted we didn’t have a tour scheduled despite having email confirmation from Clara Adams. Her lack of hospitality and customer service was appalling. While the tour ultimately didn't happen because my partner had forgotten her ID (understandable as they required both IDs), the agent’s toxic attitude had already completely ruined our interest in the apartment. If this is how management treats prospective clients who have appointments, I can only imagine how poorly they treat actual residents. Avoid this place.

Greg can to help with fixing the sink and repaired a couple floor tiles very nice and attentive honestly deserves a raise in my opinion outstanding service

Big shout out to Adam and the rest of the maintenance crew. Have had a few standard issues come up and they are always very attentive and act with urgency to fix these issues. Keeping this place together!
